Been a chipotle customer from the beginning when they served organic stuff. Did anyone ever notice that that went away? Still, been a loyal customer and mostly at this location but it’s getting atrocious in my opinion. Today I had to ask an employee to change his gloves before serving me because they had just finished cleaning, wiping all the countertops with a rag dipped in what I assume is sanitizing solution but didn’t look particularly clean to me. Anyway, they finish cleaning and without changing gloves, just grab a bowl and get to serving! Disappointed

Wanted a bowl with no rice and employees flat out told me they were out of lettuce. We sat down and started eating and someone sat down next to us and had lettuce in their bowl. Tables were all filthy and the person in charge of protein barely gave you anything while homie with the cheese and salsa loading it up. Get it together worst chipotle I have ever been too.

I wish this restaurant could receive less than one star. I placed an order online for 3 tacos with barbacoa today. I opened my order when I got home and there wasn’t any meat on my tacos. It was just the tortilla, salsa, and cheese. The taco shell was suppose to be hard shell as well. If your in a hurry, don’t place a pickup order here at this location. Thanks a bunch Chipotle, I guess I’ll be starving this evening.

Foods great but the employees attitudes are not. The lady asked me what I wanted and I said a wrap and she then says “a burrito..” ok cool whatever. I then ask her for extra cheese as she only sprinkles some on there and she tells me “that is extra cheese” … very nasty attitude. Chipotle is not the cheapest so if I would like extra cheese on MY burrito than I don’t see the issue here… I’m paying it..
