Are used their mobile app to order a burrito and they delivered chips and guac instead. The attention to detail of chipotle employees is almost 0. Consistent problems. Their food is pretty good and it’s great if you’re trying to lose weight or track macros so I consistently order it but it’s frequently a headache with order accuracy. I genuinely do not know if they could hire employees that care less.

Love this place. Try chicken Al pastor bowl, it’s great not as spicy as I thought. And the black beans aren’t no where as spicy as the pinto’s if u are like me and can’t have to much spiciness bc of my acid reflux. And I’d go with brown rice instead of white rice has better taste plus gotta get some corn , black beans and of course cheese and sour cream o side when you get a bowl preferably chick reg or al pastor both are great

Yesterday was the second time in less that 2 weeks that I’ve had an issue with this chipotle. I don’t know who the new lady is that they had working to-go orders, but her attitude is outrageous for someone that is constantly messing up the orders. Went in to pick up my order she completely omitted the chips that were supposed to come with guac she put in a bag by itself. She had an attitude, but eventually gave me the needed chips. After seeing she messed up my order, I proceeded to check to make sure everything else was correct and noticed that more items were missing (the second chips and guac order. When I addressed it with her, she argued back and forth with me saying that I didn’t order them. Instead of admitting that she forgot to include them with my order, she disrespectfully walked away while I was talking. When I pulled up my order in the chipotle app to show her exactly what I had been trying to tell her, she finally gave me the rest of the order and refused to acknowledge her mistake. People make mistakes, but if you do, you should own up to it and make the appropriate corrections. If this happens again, it’s likely that I’ll be taking this complaint higher than a Google review because this is outrageous.

They didn’t have rice yesterday, before placing an online order I wanted to call and ask the restaurant staff if they had rice before making either a wasted trip or a wasted online order. You cannot reach a real person at the store and I’m surprised more people haven’t complained about this. The automated system via phone SUCKS. It gives you no other option but to drive to the store to see if they still have the sign up that says no rice.

I ordered this meal with Door Dash again, the delivery guy was fast and he was polite. I ordered 2 chicken burritos, extra chicken, with chips and 1 red sauce and 1 guac. The meal was great and very effective to the body. I say if you want to lose weight eating here, I believe you could because everything tasted so fresh to me. I will be ordering again but from the one that is closer to me on side of town. Great burritos.
