Update: went again last weekend and this time food was ready and waiting at the drive thru. It was delicious as always! Original review: We love Chipotle but the service here is super slow. Ordering on the app doesn’t help because your food won’t be ready on time or even close to it. Once you get the food it is delicious- they just need to work out the service and timing issues.

Come on manager, we’ve ate here 5 to 6 times since it opened. You can do better on your portions. It’s a struggle to get any meat especially barbacoa. Boone piles it up. Ease up on the staff because apparently they are scared to put any in the bowls.

I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had any issues. The staff are nice and the food is consistently good. Thankful we’ve got a Chipotle in Lenoir. As with almost every Chipotle, the dining area can sometimes be dirty but this is typically the cleanest Chipotle I’ve seen compared to others.

I went in to pick up an order and there was a heavier set Hispanic girl who was really rude and down right disrespectful. Refused to give her name and or ID but she was working at 9:32 pm on July 15. It was pouring rain and I was already in a bad mood. I don’t not like being treated this way especially since I do a lot of business here as well! She needs a couching conversation at least on how to treat customers and other personnel. Not satisfied at all. The rest of the employees were awesome and nice. Just not her!

Best Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in and had the pleasure of ordering from. While it was not lunch or dinner rush, the service was stellar. Kitchen was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service. Will be back!!

I’ve been to this Chipotle 4 times since it opened and haven’t had a bad experience yet!!! The first time was days after opening, and they did overcharge me but it was a simple mistake on the very sweet cashier’s part. She graciously got a manager to refund me the $3 on the spot. Many people are complaining about portions, but my chicken al pastor bowl is always full to overflowing! I will continue noshing at this Chipotle regularly
