I’m sure it will taste fine…but for $20 I would think I could get more than a 1/4 to a 1/3 of a bowl of food! Just because I don’t get rice doesn’t mean I don’t want a meal!

Poorly, run and unprofessional. At 11:45AM It’s doors are locked with no explanation whatsoever. They claim electrical issues but how are you able to take online orders and run drive thru but not inside? Why is it that Chic FilA can find professional staff and Chipotle cannot?

I ordered a steak bowl online and picked it up. To my surprise I could barely see any meet so I decided to use my kitchen weight machine. 1.5 ounces! I just couldn’t believe my eyes. As per chipotle’s website they are supposed to serve 4 ounces of steak! This is unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. My recommendation to you if you still want to deal with this chain for convenience or else, is to go in person and avoid using the app because they will serve whatever they want and you won’t be able to do anything. However, doing this plate at home is easy to do and you can avoid all the sodium etc that comes with it.

We were looking for something different for dinner and decided to go to Chipotle. We had the bowl meal with half chicken and half beef with the most of the fixings and heavy on the sour cream. It was delicious and I’m ready to go back for more.

Never been. Came around 10:42pm tonight and the guy said their closed. I mean it clearly says 11pm on their website and we clearly had almost 20 mins left. Well you will never get my business sadly, and I love Mexican. I’ll just keep going to Yucatan it’s much better

Visited chipotle Grill friday afternoon and the chicken was awesome!!!!! I see there’s a new grill cook please keep him the chicken was well seasoned nothing like the last time I was here. I was never going to come back after my food didn’t have any season the last time, but a friend of mine told me that the food has improved and I just had to see for myself. I will make sure I spread the word to everyone I know.

First time visit . No smiling faces . Manager walking around on the phone while new employees up front barely know what to do… Went inside for a Quesadilla because I saw it available online and also saw a TikTok about it so I wanted to go try. Asked for it and was told I’d have to place a mobile order if I wanted it have to get the kid’s quesadilla meal . Ok I guess kids meal it is . Picked up a drink from the cooler , said I couldn’t get that drink , doesn’t come with the kids meal (so you mean to tell me I can’t upgrade the drink) I’ll definitely stick with Moe’s. Chipotle is overrated and was a huge disappointment for my first time visit.

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. I placed an order online for an al pastor chicken bowl. I get to the restaurant, all I received was a bowl of just chicken. They said that was all I ordered when I specifically ordered what I ordered because you cannot move forward with your order unless you choose “no beans’ etc. A rude employee refused to give me a refund and stated that I needed to call the 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and received just as terrible customer service. The representative finally gave me a refund.

Bowls are 1/4 full. My pick up order was missing a lot of stuff (2 juices, 2 chips, 3 sides) and some of what was included was wrong. The restaurant has no way to contact except for a automated chat. Not recommended.
