The food here is good most of the time. every once in a while you can tell some of the ingredients have been sitting out for a while. I guess that’s partly the nature of Chipotle though. The most annoying, and frankly hilarious thing is that they have menu items you cannot order in the store. Take the quesadilla for instance. If you would like a quesadilla, you can either order a kids version, or Go online and place your order. This means if anyone else comes into the store while you’re trying to place your quesadilla order online, you will have to wait for the staff to finish serving them, before they will serve you, regardless of the fact that you were in the store first. A beautiful system that shows consideration to the customer.

The food tastes good but this is the second time coming here and no one seems to know how to wrap a burrito. I never pile my burrito sky high to where it’s too much to roll. So i don’t understand why my burritos are always so sloppy. Loose and sloppy.

I ordered my food on the app to pick up through the drive through. I set the pick up time to 8:00 and I’m currently still in the line at 8:50. I can’t pull out of the drive through to pick it up because there is a fence beside me and cars behind me. I will never be returning here again. It should never take this long to make some burritos. Would not recommend because the employees like to have circle jerks before making your food.

I don’t understand how a store can consistently underperform, like this store. Twice I have been in within the last month with the sole purpose of getting a salad; while in line I come to find out there is no lettuce cut – That’s fine, I’ll take spinach, very little steak, and the kicker NO dressing. Let’s me serious, the real reason most people get salads from Chipotle, is for the dressing. The first time this happened, the associate didn’t even tell me they just packed up my order and I had to ask for it, and the second time I had an order I picked up through the drive through; noticed that it was not in my bag – again – and went inside to grab it thinking it was just a mistake. I got inside and the associate told me that this was because the shift before him hadn’t made it for them. It was 6 pm?! I should never have to walk out of that store, at dinner time no less without dressing or tortilla chips. I have been to Chipotle all over the country at near closing time and have never experienced the lack of food inventory that I have that the location in Hillcrest Plaza, Spartanburg, SC. Especially since they have TWO areas to prepare food.

Worst chipotle anyone could come to. The staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. Poor attitudes all around from each employee and it’s very obvious to the costumer eye. I never leave bad reviews but this one was too much to not say anything. Our food was so poorly made that we could barely eat the burritos. When asked to remake it because of the poor service and quality, they said they could do nothing about it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I suggest you take the time to drive to a different chipotle if you want it.

Went to Chipotle for lunch today. Service was great, staff was friendly, and food was pretty good. Great portion size. HOWEVER, what the heck is this in my food??! I was chewing and had to spit this out. This is literally a tree leaf in my food! You can tell, it’s pretty obvious what it is. Not sure how this happens… I’ve never had this happen literally ever. Lucky I’m not giving this 1 star.

Everytime I goto this location somthing new always goes wrong. I’ve been charged extra for getting sour cream on the side (not a reason to charge extra). My online orders are always wrong or missing sides, chips… My co workers have been double charged or charged for things they did not order. It’s always a mess inside, Employees always have attitude problems. There will be a line out the door but only 1 person is waiting on customers inside and u have 5 people doing Togo orders, make it make sense. I’ve been to many diffrent locations all clean, nice well staffed but My God E Main is a disaster.
