Should’ve read reviews. “Online only” orders, with a 30 minute wait time. I had no idea any business was run this terribly since 2020 so I walked in to see it for myself. 8 staff standing around, only 1 guy working. They all just stared at us without saying a word for about a minute before we left. There was no one else in the restaurant. Counters were covered in bits of food. No way I’ll ever place an order there. After reading other reviews, GM should be fired.

The worst chipotle out there. Constantly dirty. I ordered online because yet again, it was “online only.” They were apparently out of half of their ingredients by 6:30pm on a Sunday. My order was 20 minutes late and this is what I got for an order that consisted of extra chicken and extra rice.

Got my order delivered. It was shameful. I can’t even put it into words. I can believe mistakes happen, everyone is human, but this crossed way over from negligent to deliberate. You couldn’t present something worse than what I was delivered. 1/4 portion, missing ingredients, bowls literally smashed and shook up. I don’t mean like jossled during delivery, I mean like angrily smashed in one hand and shook up like a bartender making a drink. This isn’t poor service, this is spiteful and vindictive service. Someone over there hates everyone and everything and is taking it out on your order every chance they get.

Consistently wrong meals when ordered online. “Out of fajitas” each time, piles of food and debris swept into corners, stacks of dirty dishes, filthy tables. Staff gets annoyed when you make any complaints. There was one guy they handed our order to to fix and he was kind. I do not recommend this location. You’re better off driving to a different location.

The most unprofessional location I’ve ever been in. Upon walking in, no one greeted or even approached the counter. Finally, after getting one of the many crew member’s attention, they told me they were only accepting online orders. Although inconvenient, I left and ordered it for pick up at the location. After waiting 15 minutes, more people walked past me inside and were served, despite the digital order only. Not only did they have their food immediately, but they continued to serve the other new guests ahead of my online order.

I have finally decided to quit going here. The staff is rude, won’t even speak to you, but most of all, I never have an online order that is correct. I have had to drive back on numerous occasions to get missing items and now I double check before I leave. Our bowls barely had anything in them so super disappointed when we got home and opened our food. It’s such a shame that management does not fix all of these problems. I have other friends say the same and that they weren’t going back as well.

As with many restaurants, this location is understaffed. There were 3 employees during lunch rush, 1 upfront, 1 prepping online orders, and one in the kitchen. There was no/poor ac so of course that increases frustration, but the associate wasn’t polite. She was moving fast & nearly ignoring order specifications. Please hire more employees to improve employee/customer experience!

This chipotle is awful! They are constantly out of food. This is the second time I’ve been to this location. The first time, I walked out because they were out of so many items including mild salsa, cheese, chips, fajitas the list goes on. How can you even build a meal when they are out everything? The second time was last night after work at around 7:30. I wanted to leave but I was just too hungry. The place was dirty and a mess. The staff is rude and they were playing loud inappropriate music on their phones and dancing to it instead of helping guests. They also were out of fajitas, chips and a few other items. I was not the only customer in line that was annoyed. I will never go back to this location! Chipotle needs to make some changes in this area because the Summerville one is no better.
