Every time, when I order from online, I will get half bowl only and 2-3 sides will be missing. I complained every time in the app, it will take me to submit the form, after that no one will contact or no replies from company also. I tried to avoid this place but, my workplace is next to this.

I rarely leave reviews but I have at two different locations in CHS now. Looks like they moved the manager from the Mt P location to N. CHS. He is why I stopped going to the mount pleasant location in the first place. Guess I’ll only be getting chipotle when I visit Columbia now. Such a shame.

My typical experience here is very positive. The food always seems fresh, the line moves quick, and everyone is really nice (they are generous with the portions, especially proteins). There have only been a few times where something interrupted the experience like equipment being out of order; which is not anyone’s fault, it happens. This is still my go-to for Chipotle in the Charleston area.

Ordered a chicken bowl and got the most tiny, single scoop I’ve ever seen. I then requested extra chicken and got 3/4 of a scoop. I told the worker by extra I meant I would pay for it so I want a full serving. Chicken tasted mediocre and dry. Also to top it off they only have paper straws, which suck by the way.
