We live around the corner from this store and order Chipotle quite often thanks to their gluten and dairy free menu options. My family LOVES this Chipotle! The portions are generous, the service is quick and friendly, and the drive thru option makes this restruant a weekly staple. We notice a significant difference when visiting other locations. I used to enjoy this chipolet on st. James. After finding a bug in the chicken bowl. I called the store and only got a recording. I completed a review letting then know there was a bug in the food thinking someone would reach out to me. They never did, I will no longer go to this location, since no one seems to care about bugs being in food they give out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll just let everyone know I will never eat at a chipotle anywhere ever again! My chips were stale, the burritos were cold and basically all white rice no meat no bean I payed 50 dollars for white rice and stale chips, but worse of all they don’t even stand by their product good luck getting ahold of any one if you are unsatisfied then when you do get ahold of someone they will not right the wrong. I very rarely make complaints like this but I will never step foot in a chipotle again! You’ve been warned.Don’t waist your money here!

The first time I went here the customer service was absolutely awful. I never went back because they were so rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. I had another awful experience today when picking up an order for a delivery service. The ladies working there didn’t even say hello, smile or were even friendly. They just starred at me until I told them why I was there. She then turned around, grabbed one of the orders, and just set it on the counter. She never said a word. The second order was the same way. I thanked her anyway and told her to have a great day. Still, nothing was said. I will never return to this location for my personal food. I will see about talking to my food service about their horrible customer service. We shouldn’t be treated like a bother and most definitely shouldn’t have to be treated rudely. I wish I knew their names so I could include them but it wouldn’t make a difference because every time I’ve been there, they are ALL rude. Maybe management should be a little more careful when hiring.

I came into this restaurant as a visitor from out of town, and it was 8:00 PM. The store closes at 10 PM. When I came in the restaurant looked filthy the food was dry and your employees were not working. They had all of the food put up and refused to cook fresh food for us, stating that the manager was off and instructed them to close the store down early at 8 PM.. when asked to speak to the manager the gentleman in the video says the manager was sleeping. After a brief back-and-forth conversation, I ended up telling the guy he’s lying. He says why do I have to lie to you what I don’t like is being treated like this as a paying customer. It’s best you fire that guy….. and the rest of the staff there. They just let a $200 sale go out the window as I was purchasing for a whole team of people.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This location is very dirty, the staff is very unprofessional and the “manager” looked like a kid & behaved like one along with all the other staff they have. The floors are filthy & the food counters are filthy. The drink machine wasn’t working and when we asked an employee, she said she didn’t know how to fix it…Also saw employees texting and taking videos of each other goofing off when there’s obviously things that need to be done. I’m completely appalled and disgusted. Won’t be coming back here!

Food was good. Only giving 3 stars because once again chipotle wants to micro manger the meat portions. Why every time I come to a chipotle I have to ask for more meat because you didn’t add enough to begin with. And then when you want to add more meat they want to consider it extra meat and charge more. They really need to stop training these employees like this. That’s why I don’t like to order ahead because I need to watch them make this burrito to make sure there’s adequate amount of meat in there. They will stiff you on the meat and still charge the same amount of money if you let these establishments. And at this one the girl tried to stiff me on the toppings too. Seriously???

Stopped for a quick lunch, and I have always enjoyed Chipotle. No customers in line so stepped up to the counter. Young Man on register looked at me, and just continued playing games on his phone. He then got tired of me looking at him, and stepped around the table to be closer to the cooks, all while playing games on his phone. My son and I got tired of waiting, and we left. As we walked out, I looked back, and he was still on his phone. Maybe a manager should check the video, 6/17/23 around 1:50 PM. Easy way to lose customers.

Got a burrito, and it tasted great. I stood in line and watched them make 6 online orders before getting to me. I think they did their best with the staff they had. But you can definitely tell that it was very stressful for them working.
