One of the worst run restaurants I have visited. Owner/management should be ashamed. The restaurant opened 30 minutes after scheduled opening and was once again online orders only (the last 10 visits to the restaurants at different times of day were online ordering only). The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The picture posted was taken at open. I was the first customer to enter into the men’s bathroom. Appalling.

Absolutely horrible. 2/22/23, Online order, $14 for a bowl almost halfway full. Missing half the ingredients as well. Do not come here. Absolutely horrible and pathetic! Demanding a refund for this BS! EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR GUACOMOLE AND DIDN’T GET IT WHICH WAS AN UPCHARGE TO GO ALONG WITH HALF THE MISSING TOPPINGS I SELECTED! – it’s obviously run by incompetent people who don’t know what they’re doing and the reviews speak for themselves this location can do all of Mount Pleasant a favor and SHUT DOWN!

Food is very consistent and predictable. That’s a good thing! This location would be fine except before entering the restaurant there is a horrible sewage smell that permeates the air. I ordered my food and left. The smell was still in my nostrils on the way home. Not the best experience when dining in or out.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I cannot say enough bad things about this location. Zero customer service, every single table was dirty. Floor is a mess. Bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a year. Girls go in the back and talk on their phones instead of cleaning anything in the store. do NOT go here. Never seen any food place be this horrendous, truly unacceptable

This location often has mobile orders only, which is fine I get it. You can tell there’s great team work and the Manager does their best to keep things orderly (even on a Friday night) The food is always legit no matter what the order situation is.

This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I went at 6:45pm on a Sunday and they were out of Rice, chicken, sautéed veggies and lettuce. They had lettuce sitting in the back but refused to cut it up. Lazy and rude staff. It’s putting a terrible name on Chipotle as a brand. Avoid this place at all costs! The “manager” is incompetent as well. Good luck if you go there!

I went to pick up my mobile order and had to wait an extra 30 minutes past the promised time for it to be ready. They were also out of chips and queso and neglected to tell me when I got my food. I overheard the workers talking about it so I asked when I got my bag. They weren’t going to say anything and I had to ask for the refund. They never refunded my money for my missing items. I went through the app and they did give me some “rewards” but still just frustrating that they didn’t even tell me before I asked myself.

Literally the worse experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. Placed an order and they were still open for an hour and 10 minutes and called to ask if I could get no cilantro in the rice, the man tells me they already threw everything out. We ordered large chips and is not even enough for the regular. On my bf and I order we ordered extra rice and my bf barely had any rice, like they ran out and didn’t want to make more. My bf meat was cold like it’s been sitting out.When we got there which was 10:15 they had everything put up and was just waiting till 11 came around. Just sad because I used to work there and definitely didn’t act like that.
