When I arrived there was a notice in front of the door stating that they were only taking online orders. So I downloaded the app and placed order. The burrito bowl order passed the time that was estimated. That’s not the reason for the 2 stars! The food didn’t taste good as before or when you go into order the food. They barely gave me any steak and a lot of rice! I paid 13 dollars to get nothing! Would not recommend

Don’t waste your time with this Chipotle. The employees are either checked out, high, or both. The variation in portion sizes was laughable. I asked for two bowls to go, one with brown rice, the other with white. They made me a single bowl with half brown, half white. I asked them for chips and drinks with both bowls and then only gave me chips and drinks for one. Corporate needs to audit this place and fire the management. $2.65 side of guac seen in photo

Food tastes fine, but for the 3rd time after doing online orders, they’ve gotten something wrong. Most notability, I ordered Corn Crispy Tacos because my wife is allergic to flour. Despite this being selected in app, they still gave flour soft tacos. This was also not the first, but second time this happened. I can disregard the first time as a mistake, but the second and third time is a training issue. Sometime when people select the customization options, it’s not to be special or difficult but for real reasons that allow or not allow people to eat the food they purchase.

They mess up my mobile order multiple times and consistently. It’s always 1 or 2 things forgotten or never close to the promised time. I would recommend you place your order for the time you plan to leave and it might be done when you get there. Unless they forget your order altogether and then you have to wait till they notice you standing at the pickup location

We come to Chipotle because we love the flavors of their food. This location though has a horrible habit of not having the main ingredients in stock. Chicken, vegetables, sour cream, soda are just a few to be named. After we get to the counter and see that they are out of products again we just leave. This has happened at least 5 times this year. The owners should be ashamed.

Food is always good when it’s available. I can’t understand how you could be out of chicken and rice at 11 :20am. The service is less than pleasant. Nobody there seems happy to be there. NOT ONE smile was cracked this day! Tables and drink stations were clean.

Weren’t accepting any online orders or phone orders. Cash only. That’s fine. when I ordered my food they informed me that it had to be exact amount as they do not have any change. Nor could they give me a receipt to allow me to redeem points or anything. This is not the first time they have had this issue. Why are they even open at this point.
