Not crowded at all..but had Bad guacamole, it was rotting & they refused to change or remove it too . I chose to leave. Bad service on 8/17/23 1:30pm…I still like Chipotle but they can do better than this

This is the guacamole they were serving on Sunday. Went to ask for a fresh guac and the employees said that’s how they received their avocados. I paying $8 for this. And when asked the manager if I can change it for the cheese dip, she had a very bad attitude and even said I don’t have time for this and was extremely rude.

This chipotle has been good before but they have to work on their cleanliness and night time staffing. They were out of almost every ingredient. I waited in line for >30 minutes for the employee to drag my burrito through the slew of garbage that wasn’t cleaned off of their counter. I didn’t even order lettuce on my burrito but it came with lettuce on it, I can tell you that much. Not to mention the quarter scoop of chicken I was given after waiting 30 minutes to pay >$10 for the burrito. Please management work on your establishment during the night hours. If you are open you should be offering the same service you do middle of the day. Feel to reach out for any questions. This is the worst Chipotle experience I have had.

Went last night and it was terrible! I haven’t been to this location in a while and I see why I stopped eating here. First, upon walking in, all the male workers were crowded at the register trying to talk to two females and was treating them like they were celebrities . The thing that got me was everyone is talking but the inside was wrecked (nasty,dirty) they had no rice and no fajitas. When they did bring the rice out, it was hard AF. Then the two girls from earlier in my story were getting special treatment. They paid for their food already and the workers still let them get a whole bowl of rice while they were making my food. Just cut in front of my food. They were so busy trying to flirt that no one could hear me. I’ve worked for chipotle before and this is just ridiculous. Y’all need to do better. Customer Service is trash

Food looked stale and was not clean in the serving area. Tasted old and rice was not the greatest as the guacamole! Not fresh and staff seemed not to care how messy it all looked. VERY disappointed and unhappy

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered online to have delivered to me. I got a notification that my order was on the way, but never received it. Got a phone call from the dasher who was the one that was SUPPOSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER. She told me Chipotle gave my order to someone else. Spoke with the manager who answered the phone rudely (yes ma’am) she said she gave the order to a young lady, has a picture of her and all. I explained I never received my order. So apparently the dasher got free food, can’t have my food remade, cannot get ahold to someone at Chipotle, it takes me to their customer service instead of someone in the restaurant when I call the number on their website! & not to mention I have to wait 5-10 business days to receive my refund! Told me I could get a “free drink” WHAT?! Told me I’d have to reorder & pay again. Never again.

Ok its a little dirty but they fix that with one key point. They give you enough food to keep you happy for days. I stopped here Tuesday night this week (currently Thursday evening) and I’m still eating the leftovers. Way better than the Moe’s near here.

The food was amazing!! Fresh ingredients are always a plus for my taste buds. My only complaint is the need for cleaning the area between customers, which is very important. Although they ran out of queso, we enjoyed our meal!

This location has went downhill in the last year. Not sure if it’s poor management or what. They never have any tea made. I think they only make it once a day. I asked for a refund when they didn’t have any. They acted like I was asking them to move the world. About the third time it’s happening. Can’t blame everything on Covid. Come on guys. Pick it a bit. Food is always good though. Reason I left two stars.
