Overall a good experience that was reasonably priced: $15.36 for a steak burrito (no guacamole) and a soda. Clean new standalone location with plentiful parking and several spaces for pickup orders. Easily accessible and affordable for students at HGTC and Coastal Carolina University.

Yuck! It was horrible! I couldn’t eat my quesadilla. It looked and tasted like it had been cooked last week. Also, they didn’t include the lettuce, sour cream or salsa that comes with it. My husbands burrito looked, smelled and tasted very old. I’ve never been so disappointed with the lack of quality and fresh ingredients. We will never order from here again.

We love Chipotle. So much variety and everything is always fresh and yummy! I love the carnitas, and my hubby loves the steak, but we switch around often because everything is good! We are happy they opened this location closer to our home so we an go more often! The fresh corn salsa is a must….and they have great guacamole as well. Love it!

Used to enjoy the steak when it first opened but unfortunately it’s deteriorated. Little overcooked but I don’t mind so much– but there was a lot of gristle and fatty bits in mine today. Some can be excused since that’s the nature of beef. Whoever cooked it maybe noticed because it looked like I had like 10 pieces sliced down but still strung together by tissue. Probably going to stick to chicken from now on.

I ordered on the Chiptole app and picked up through the Chiptolane. I got a quesadilla with extra sour cream, and some chips and guac to share with my sister. Ordering on the app was simple enough, and the Chiptolane was easy to use. The person that got our order for us was really nice! The food was good, as expected. Overall, I had a nice experience here, and would come again.

Portion size is way off here and it’s not just a one off thing either. I have been about 4 times at different times of day and each time I ask for extra rice because I like to split my bowl into two meals. Every time I get the bowl not even halfway filled. It’s ridiculous. This was my bowl with “extra rice” I ordered today.

DO NOT ORDER CATERING!!! I recently ordered catering for 100 people. I called to confirm the day before the scheduled delivery, and asked the catering rep to contact the restaurant directly to confirm that they could handle a large catering order. They confirmed. Half of my order was delivered. We got 50 soft tortillas and 50 hard shells….(should have been 100 of each). 3 bags of chips and queso ( when I ordered and paid for 6). I called to see when the other half would be there, and they stated that it was cancelled!!! Yet….they charged my credit card for it anyway! So not only was the party a bust because I could only feed half of the guests, but I’m out over a thousand dollars. I’ve spent several hours on the phone with chipotle trying to get this resolved…the best they could offer me catering for 10 people ! A $160 value. No thanks.
