They charged me $10.52 for a KIDS MEAL with beans, rice, and steak as sides. I even asked if I had gotten steak on the quesadilla if it has been less and they said YES. ?!?!?!? I should have put up more of a fight. I will NOT be returning.

Got three tacos and a salad. They ran out of lettuce so they thought they would just use rice as a substitute. The app needs to inform the customer if they are out of a specific item. Salad with not lettuce and 3 pitiful tacos for 25 dollars. No drinks

I travel a lot for work around the country and chipotle is my go to for east quick food, this is the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. I came 6 months ago and I came back just yesterday and both times left me very happy. The steak is so tender and delicious I loved it.

I have never been to a chipotle this dirty before…. We walked in at 10:50 a.m., right after they opened. First off, no one said anything to us for about 5 min. We were completely ignored. I know they were finishing up getting ready, but they could have at least acknowledged us. We get our food, and when we were trying to find a place to sit, literally every table was dirty from the night before, and this is not an exaggeration. The floors and seats were covered in food. I got guac, and there was avocado skin and a stem in there. The food tasted fine otherwise. I worked at Chipotle many years ago, and there’s no way we could have gotten away with leaving the store in that state for the morning crew. Chipotle, in general, has really gone downhill the last few years.

The tables were all dirty so we ordered to go. Food was everywhere including the floor. Sour cream had tomatoes mixed in and food was all over the counter. I usually get the peppers and onions but they looked like leftovers and the guacamole was two different colors. I won’t done at this location again.

I was in town for my new grandson birth and was picking up lunch for her and her family. Made an on line order an hour and a half a ahead of time and got there exactly the time I said I would pick it up. When I got there, the lady said everything was in the bag. Got to my daughters house (15 min away) and we were missing three chocolate milks for the kids meals, all the tortillas, side of guacamole and all the chips. And the food looked old. My son in law had to go all the way back. They barely apologized!! Very disappointed with chipotle- will not be back to this location ever!!! Rude, unapologetic people!

They were moving really fast trying to get the line down, and that was really good. The dining area needed to be cleaned. The trash area was overflowing with trash, and people didn’t have anywhere to put their trash. The tables were dirty and filled with people’s leftovers. They ran out of a lot of ingredients, and the drink area didn’t have any fresh tea or lemonade. I understand that they were busy, but if I pay for drinks and then I can’t get anything to drink, it’s a waste of my money.

Ordered a quesadilla on the app (the only way you can get one). Received one that was super burnt, the cheese was nonexistent and the meat inside was dry. Could barely eat it. At least my sides were right and the queso was in the bag.
