i have lived in indian land for about 11 years now. i eat out a lot. i’ve been to this chipotle about 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months or so. my sons started asking for chipotle all of a sudden (i don’t eat fast food except chic-fil-a.) every time i’ve been there, the restaurant was filthy dirty. this last visit, yesterday (7.28.23) i went in around 7:30pm or so. the spit guard was nasty, the steamer area where they keep the food was dirty, there were 4 trays that were empty (both brown/white rice, beans and mystery tray) and the food preparer was having to get rice and steak from the to go area (separate food station.) the area were they place your food so the person at the register can ring you up had food all over the counter. the trash cans were full and overflowing. the drink stations was a wreck…. i counted 8 employees in that restaurant – EIGHT. they were nice kids and all but 100% poor leadership and management. as i was leaving the parking lot, just right outside their front door is the industrial size trash cans we all know of. i asked my son to take a picture as we were leaving. this is literally about 5 yards from their store and you see this phote as you are driving out – YOU CAN’T MISS IT. as a customer who just ordered dinner for his family, you absolutely do not want to see this when you are leaving. it says everything about this place. i’ll maybe try again down the road, probably not. i’ll just stick to chic-fil-a, but my kids are getting tired of that being the only fast food place i’ll go to. why? they are the opposite of every fast food place around. don’t get me started on Freddie’s. chipotle might be slightly cleaner than them.

Filthy restaurant! Every single table had leftover food on them. The beverage area is filthy. Garbage area stinks like a landfill. I am never coming back here.

Asked for extra lettuce and this is what I get. My wait here is always outrageous while i watch employees talk with one another, quite literally lean against a wall and do nothing. Just stare at me without saying one word, and then telling me my order isn’t ready while I can see it on the shelve. I paid 14$ for this meal and it’s sad.

The first time I was here it was awesome, that was a month ago. I swung by last night, the food was good, but the service was not exactly on their “A Game”, Chipotle is one of those places where you walk in someone is always there to greet you and ready to take your order, not last night exactly. I walked, there was an employee sitting down eating – I understand that employee was on their break, that’s fine. However, as I approach the counter, I waited 10 min.s to be served and this was 9:30pm. They were out of chips, I had a reward to use for free guac on my app that I scanned, the employee made the mistake not accepting it, and I made the mistake by realizing it today as I looked over the receipt.

First time in. Food was moderate. Service was simple but could have been more enthusiastic to explain better. Atmosphere was terrible. Very loud in building. Barely able to hear yourself. The sever had food all over the assembly tables. Lastly the choices of meats and condiments could be labeled for better exposition.

Wow! Dined in back in November. Great !! Workers were nice, food was fresh. I usually eat in Uptown but I came to this one. This is probably one of better chipotle’s in Charlotte. Newer restaurant. I liked it

Our order was done via app, and it was to be ready at 12:20 and marked ready. We did not get the food until 1:05 pm. The person said someone took our bag but we overheard the conversation between another employee that he was an hour behind. Food orders were not correct either for our bowls missing lettuce and we received chicken instead of steak on one of them.

Very poor service. Had to repeatedly remind them to put all the basic ingredients for a burrito!! Then while adding chicken they dropped many pieces on the shelf and didn’t replenish that quantity in the burrito. Then didn’t fill the guacamole completely and had to make them fill it by telling them twice. The staff were completely out of sync among themselves. While there was only 1 person ahead of when I joined the queue, they took a good 15 min. To even take my first order.

I ordered a bowl and it arrived completely wrong. It was missing multiple ingredients and had ones I didn’t even know were an option! The ingredients I chose were listed on the container, yet the contents were completely wrong. Queso was spilled in the bottom of the bag. Chips were stale. What was Chipotles customer service response? A free drink reward thanks for the free drink I never intend on using because I never plan to return to Chipotle. Chipotle: A once great place to get food gone completely downhill across the board. Avoid avoid avoid!
