This is the third salad I have gotten from this location with barely any lettuce. It seems like they may treat door dash orders differently than in person orders. This is my whole $15-20 salad. Barely half a bowl with the toppings. My partner got more lettuce on his burrito than what was in my salad.

I love Chipotle, and this location is another great example of how consistently good they are with all their franchise locations. We arrived pretty soon after they opened, which was 11am, so we definitely beat the lunch time rush. We were served immediately, with no line. All of the items were fresh and plentiful. Usually I get a burrito but this time I got a bowl and it was great. A LOT of food. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Service was great as well. They made the burrito bowl incredibly quick and did not skimp on portions. They were polite, helpful, and knew what they were doing. The facilities were very clean and in very good working order. I’m definitely going to return again.

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Tables and dining area dirty every time I been in there. Always people standing around but no one cleaning. And if you ask them to clean a table… they look at you as if your putting them out.. including manager. Complain every visit!!! Last time.. not going back… don’t know how they have an A rating!!!

This Chipotle (as I think most are now) is really just not good at all. They are constantly out of ingredients. We went one time where they were out of veggies, chips and their drink machine was down. Today’s debacle involved their register being down (which we’ve experienced their credit card machine down quite often). The workers seem absolutely clueless when you ask them what is going on and if they would compensate for the poor experience. Something has to be wrong with management here. I’ve been a lifelong Chipotle goer, but sadly, I think it’s finally time to switch to Moe’s or Salsarita’s.

Went in, and they were super busy. What I saw was such amazing customer service with patience. There was a family of young kids that wanted to do their own order, and the gentleman listened and helped them even when they changed their mind on what they wanted. Then, he proceeded to assist another man who had 5 or 6 orders at one time. It was then my turn, and he smiled and said, “Welcome to Chipotle. How can I assist you. Best employee ever! He needs a raise.

I never write reviews because working fast food is hard but this is genuinely the worst chipotle around. I walk in and nobody says anything or gives any greeting. Only one poor girl is taking care of the customers while 4 other employees stand around talking and laughing. One of the boys finally decides to help her out and then proceeded to not let me know they don’t have steak until after the burrito was already being built. Do better. It’s chipotle, not rocket science 🙂

I’ve been to this Chipotle at least 4 times in the past month. I don’t know if there is new management or what but the food is ALWAYS under seasoned or not seasoned at all. There is ALWAYS at least item missing from my order where the staff fail to inform me resulting in me having to go back. If I order in store, they are always out of at least one side or topping and instead of making the item, they simply respond “oh we’re out”
