Good vibes, clean store, friendly staff that jump in to help each other. Even the art on the walls makes this look like an upper scale establishment. Stocked and organized drink station with utensils and even ramekins for customer use are super useful. Very generous with all ingredients on both salad bowl and burrito. Just as easy to eat vegetarian as non-vegetarian with almost every option available to vegetarians as well.

Food is usually good, despite the one time I got food poisoning from here. Only leaving this review because if I’m going to pay $5 for chips and queso, what is this portion…? I’ve been to Chipotle probably 100 times and I’ve never been shorted this bad. Photo is from straight out the take out bag.

Goodness what a terrible experience. I walked up to the counter and there was a girl wiping down the food area. She doesn’t acknowledge my existence. No “hello” no “someone will be with you shortly”. Doesn’t look up. Finally a girl comes walking up from the back. Equally unpleasant. She makes my bowl and sends me to the cashier who is also very unpleasant. I don’t expect insincere kindness but dang, you work in service. Maybe those that don’t like to work with the public should find a different job. Like at a morgue, where you don’t have to deal with live humans. Also, the steak was terrible.

Chipotle is usually pretty solid. This location just struggles. Somewhat dirty inside. Missing various parts of the menu. Slow service. Employees aren’t mean… but they aren’t warm and inviting like other locations. Some training needed.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have never received a correct mobile order from this location at all. Most recently I received steak instead of sofritas (meatless option), and black beans when I wanted no beans. Would never mobile order from here again since it’s a waste of time. Ordering inside is usually fine, unless you stand in line for 15+ minutes for them to tell you they’re out of ingredients or proteins. Have had to stand in line waiting for them to cook chicken. Gave them the benefit of the doubt at first since it was new, but it’s been months and no improvement. Overall just not worth the price, and it’s a shame because chipotle is good food but this location is disappointing.

After going again a few weeks later, I can confirm this is, without a doubt, the worst Chipotle I’ve ever heard of. DO NOT mobile order. Maybe there are success stories. Ours has always been wrong. Baffling. Again, rooting for them because I love Chipotle.

This was the first time visiting this place. I decided on getting a bowl. One of the persons, seemed agitated while asking me what I wanted. It was not enough guacamole on the line. She just scraped the bottom and did not get anymore, but I was charged a little over $2 for the little bit of guacamole that I did get. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I will probably go back.

Atleast the 3rd time I went in with no peppers and onions made, or being cooked (which is my favorite part, unless they’re undercooked almost half the time) so instead of leaving immediately, since I couldn’t wait 5-10 minutes for them to be ready since they weren’t even being made, I hoped they could substitute the peppers with a little extra chicken. Nope! “It’s not free” I was told.. okay guy, you just lost a sale. left immediately. Financially that wasn’t worth it. Good job chipotle! Absolutely ridiculous service!! Awful.

So this is purely a complaint about customer service. I just walked in to order a burrito after standing in line for 5 minutes the person behind the counter tells me they are out of shredded cheese for another 20 minutes. Ok. Things happen. Not sure how that happens on Monday at 12:30 but ok. So I ask, well can you just change it for queso cheese at no charge? She says no, it won’t let us do that. I said what is IT? Our computer system. I said OK, if you can’t figure out how to get around that… I don’t think I want you preparing my food.
