The food and staff are lovely. Truly the best attitudes. But recently there has been a new guy with a full beard making the food without wearing a cover for his facial hair and my only concern with this is that the likelihood of his hair falling into my food is high and i find that disturbing.

The young ladies that were working last night 5/14/23 around 9:00PM were the most polite, nice, funny employees I’ve encountered in a while. This makes the visit worth coming and getting your burrito wrapped properly. I should have took a picture of the food but i forgot it was so good lol. I didn’t get their names but they are definitely appreciated. Keep up the great customer service round ladies .

I sent my husband to get a bowl. It’s 10:05pm. The restaurant closes at 11pm. No brown rice, no peppers and onions, and no sour cream. Not sure what else they didn’t have but, those are the things I wanted. I wish my husband would have just walked out instead of paying for something I did not want. I could see if it was 10:45pm. No one showed any cared that they didn’t have it. And I think that is why I’m annoyed. Unapologetic about it. My husband said it looked like they were trying to go home. Don’t open until 11, if you’re going to shut down at 10. Or….. say up front that things are limited so I can make a decision before going on with my order. Covington sucks when it comes down to customer service. This is my second bad experience at this establishment. I was so excited to finally get a chipotle. Smh.

Chipotle is generally one of my favorite places to eat. Today was different. The rice tasted like a bottle of lime was poured into it. Very tart! Normally, the rice is perfect. That ruined the entire dish.I’m very disappointed. 2 bowls, 1 salad, 1 burrito, and 1 kids plate. All ruined because of the rice. From now on, I will have to ask if lime is in the rice before I decide to eat there. It was that bad to all 5 of us.

I was at the location tonight used my free bites reward with my order for a free Guac/ they didn’t put it in my bag. I tried calling the restaurant and you can’t get through to anyone. I hope when I go back tomorrow to get it , I don’t have any issue. it’s really sad that you can’t reach anyone. Other than that the order was good as always but I’m not a fan of not being able to speak with someone when you have an issue. The prompt only ask if you had pickup, delivery or caterer and the associates are busy building burritos.

The worst chipotle experience of my life. After being in a car for hours we wanted to grab a bite and use the restroom. It was still an hour before closing, and they had closed down the restrooms so no one could use them after they cleaned them. The service was terrible and they were out of pretty much everything. No cheese, no sauces, the most basic food without that do it wasn’t good. But closing the restrooms before closing time should never be allowed.
