It was my first visit to this location and was not happy with the service. Had to wait for long time and the guy was not showing interest on building the burritos with our choices. Asked for a kids tacos but built it in a regular bowl. Had to even wait 10 mins just to pay you the bill, as no one was in the counter. Just the brand name won’t suffice! Not sure if they are trying to attract more customers.

Chipotle, you’ve done it again! I was so happy with my experience today! First of all, the staff member attending me was so kind. Even though the ice machine was broken, he went out of his way and went to the back to get me ice. I loved the vibe of this place. The decor was so pretty and the music slayed. Overall 10/10 experience.

My order almost could not have been more wrong. It was also so spicy or was inedible. I can’t stand how chipotle makes it pretty much impossible to get a refund. After back and forth messaging (can’t find a phone number) I was given a free entre which I explicitly stated I just wanted a refund multiple times. And they literally said no. I don’t know a business can be successful with such horrible customer service

Assuming this Chipotle will maintain the same “We’re doing the best we can” attitude that all other Chipotles have (which is the way it feels), this is the best Chipotle joint around. It definitely should be since it is the newest. The dining area is fly. Check out the straight lines and right angles everywhere. The beautiful blend of rectangles, squares, and circles is visually appealing and cultivates customer calmness. I’m not sure the unfinished look will age well, but right now it is cool as hell. Music, as usual, promotes a chill atmosphere. I dig that Chipotles attract an eclectic crowd that shares the common trait of appreciating Chipotle.
