I ordered a chicken burrito which was very enjoyable. I wish they added more chicken but there is an additional charge for that. The team was cleaning while I was their which reassured me that Chipotle was keeping it clean. I will also do I actually received a good amount of chips which so look forward to with the Queso.

Normally have had a great experience but tonight it was clear that it was a little rough. For one I kept having to ask for more items in my burrito and bowl—they were dropping tiny scoops. Then I get home and my “large” chips are basically kids sized…. Hopefully it can pick up going forward, really like having this nearby!

Just tried the new Chipotle on and it was amazing! The chicken and carnitas were cooked perfectly and the flavors were incredible. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the beans were creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

This was my Uber eats pickup order of a burrito bowl with extra chicken. Guess what bowl missing, they only packed extra chicken and blame the app! Why list yourself on Uber eats if you cannot cater to customers. They don’t even pick up their phone.

Servers are super nice, but this new location does not have it figured out yet. I’ve ordered (to go) from this location 3 times, and order has been wrong every time. I walked in to today at 7;00PM, and they were out of – Al Pastor Chicken, Steak, White rice, and queso. I asked if I could wait for the chicken, and they stated “it would not be ready anytime soon.” Good kids work there, but they need to get up to speed.

In Kroger and Discount Tire shopping center…NOT IN GOODWILL SHOPPING CENTER. Excited for this location, way more convenient than North Point Parkway! Staff was friendly and food was the quality you expect from Chipotle.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered 4 meals for my family and there was an item missing from one of the meals. When I returned back to the store to inform them of the mistake, the manager had the audacity to review the store video after I waited 20 minutes to say to me that all items were placed in my bag. Unbelievable! She basically insinuated that I was a liar and thief! What she should have done is apologized, offered me a drink as I waited and a coupon for my next visit. This place needs some leadership to step in and focus on customer service for their employees. The reviews on this place says plenty! They will never get another $ out of me!

I have ordered from this location on the app the last three times and my food was always prepared incorrectly. So tonight I decided to go in to make sure it was prepared correctly. It was, but the staff was NOT friendly and didn’t react at all to anything I said. I ordered and paid for a bag of chips but didn’t realize until I got to the car they were missing. I went to the window, showed my receipt and they requested to see my bag, as if I was trying to steal chips (What happened to “the customer is always right”). Not sure I will return to this location, which is a shame since it’s so close to my house!

I placed a order over $40 I ordered 3 burritos a large chip & Queso I received the large chip but not the large queso this is the 2nd time I have ordered online and have not received my queso. If you run out refund the money and take it down as a option online. I tried calling of course no answer.
