So over it at this point This location, in particular, can never seem to get it together. My order is always messed up, and it’s clear that whoever is the management needs to step down cause they don’t know how to improve their kitchen staff. The picture below is how I opened my order.. Can someone tell me what’s wrong with this picture? Oh, it’s about 10 scrap pieces of chicken. I’m ready to take it up with higher management at this point. Maybe we can find some more qualified to run a restaurant and not a chicken coop.

This isn’t the first time it’s been like this, kinda always is every time we come to this location. I think this will be the last time we come to this one. Food was ok at best, maybe wasn’t as fresh. Idk. But it’s always dirty in there. Not one table was clean when we arrived and no one cleaned them by the time we left. There was even spilled coke that you can see in one of the pictures. Not cleaned. I’ve seen other posts where this place is also dirty. It’s like that every time we’ve gone here. Service was ok, but have had some bad experiences in the past here.

It’s too bad I can’t leave less than a star. They don’t deserve one. I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout. The picture is what I got. No chicken, rice, or beans. Took it back and asked for my money back. The “manager” wouldn’t give it to me. I will NEVER return and will tell anyone else to do the same.

Location “closed early due to staffing”. One customer outside placed an online order and couldn’t find a way to retrieve it. Others were arriving to find the sign on the door. Several workers inside were closing down the store, laughing as customers approached the door to find it closed. Now I understand the poor rating.

This place is pitiful. Worst chipotle I ever been to. The service was poor I ordered a chicken bowl with almost everything on it and when I got there to pick it up I immediately felt how light it was and knew I got played. All that was in there was guacamole cheese and lettuce. What kind of cruel joke is that? I drove back and spoke to the man that called himself a manager if that’s what he thinks he is. He had no explanation and would not give me a refund. I do not recommend this chipotle but if you come here bring lube because your getting screwed.

Me and my daughter went there and the wait was ridiculous, once we finally made it there, there was no chips, and they charged me 1.50 for a side of tomatoes. No other location has Ever charged me for it before, and the cashier was rude when I asked about it. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

I had another negative experience at the Chipotle location in Suwanee GA. When I asked for salad dressing, the manager informed me that they didn’t have any ready, even though I was the first customer of the day at 10:45 AM. I suggested that they inform customers beforehand if they don’t have salad dressing available when ordering a salad. However, the manager responded rudely and told me to wait for her to make some salad dressing. It took her 15 minutes to make it. During my wait, I observed that the tables and chairs were dirty, with leftover food on them, even though the restaurant had just opened and no one had dined in yet. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she told me I could clean them myself if I wanted to dine in the restaurant. This location has a history of being slow, running out of items, and providing poor customer service. If you’re in Suwanee, GA, there are much better options available with superior food and service..

I like spicy food, but whoever was cooking tripped and dumped all the spice in yesterday. My Al Pastor Chicken was all heat very little flavor, my wife’s steak bowl was overly spicy but the flavor was good. Overall, the staff was efficient , and the restaurant was clean.
