This is probably the worst business establishment I have come across. They had issues with online orders every single time I have ordered from this place. It seems like they intentionally screw up online orders – very very low quantity, stale food, no ingredients as mentioned, missing items and above all, they charge you for every single top up whether they really include it in the order or not . I have attached photos of the order I have received(order as it was received and immediately after opening the box). Take a look at the quantity and the quality of the items provided . The order doesn’t even contain the requested ingredients.

My wife is a vegetarian. The last 4 times we’ve been here, they didn’t have veggies (onions and peppers). Twice we ordered the vegetarian bowl online, then when we got home, no veggies! They didn’t bother to say anything, post a note on the bag, or offer any substitution. So now we don’t order online. Unfortunately, their service at the store is also very slow; and oddly, chairs are sometimes put up on tables during dining hours.

Online order always takes 20-30 minutes after listed pickup time to be ready for pickup. Usually end up sitting waiting for my order with no response from the employees working. Food is fine. Absolutely not worth the time and wait. Go get mexican food at a real restaurant.

I always had a good experience with this particular Chipotle. Neatly maintained. Staff are not rude and they listen what we are asking for. Would recommend and it is definitely a come back restaurant.

A truly miserable location. If you order online they will forget something, your entree will be quickly slapped together and will not look or taste right, usually with way too much rice and just about nothing of anything else. In two years they’ve failed to properly train anyone how to wrap a burrito, I’ve had to switch to bowls with a tortilla on the side. I’ve had enough experiences with this location that I will never be a customer here again, and I recommend you are not either.

The good: the line was out the door and I got my meal in 7 minutes. The bad: no vegetables made and none in progress. Line staff seemed uninterested in making any. The steak was over cooked. Tables dirty.

Not often that I post a 1 star review, but I’d stay away from this Chipotle. This is the last time I’ll be going there. The place is run by teens, where is the adult supervisor/manager. I just got a quesadilla that’s uncooked. Sorry didn’t know this was a “cook at home” experience. My wife’s order was also messed up, and now judging by others reviews I’d say this is a common occurrence. Listen if a Mexican restaurant can’t even make food correctly, I highly doubt they’re following proper hygiene standards .

Good food with fresh ingredients! Skip the fast food and make the smart choice. The service is slightly middling but adequate when you consider the benefit to value. Exercise caution in the parking lot though, as it gets quite busy especially during peak serving times.
