The worst chipotle I’ve been to in my life. I ordered one bowl…. One bowl..that took over 30 minutes to get done. I ordered through the app and the employee made an excuse saying someone probably took it when she was lying and just never made it. She said she would make it asap and never even worked on it. I saw her complete three more orders before fulfilling mine, and that was only because I stood up and was about to complain to the manager. No apology or anything. Poor management and poor customer service. Everyone, do yourself a favor and never go to this location.

The constant food outages are really annoying. Worse, there seems to have been a edict from corporate not to place informative signs warning patrons. We eat at this location about 3 times a week. Today, after ordering for two kids and my wife, I ordered my salad bowl only to be informed there was no lettuce. Basically, my bowl was meat, salsa and cheese. When I challenged the price of such a “meal” I was told that because I had three items they had to charge me for full bowl. No flexibility. We walked out leaving a fully prepared meal for 4 behind the counter. Not only did the manager lose the revenue from that meal, we lost a lot of faith which will impact our decision to return in the future.

The girl making food pushed down trash into the trash can and went back to preparing food without washing her hands or changing gloves. The guy emptying the trash changed gloves to restock forks, but did not wash his hands. Food safety is lacking quite a bit in this store.

Horrible service ! They lied to us at lunch today . Refused to give us one vinigarette. The employees are spiteful and unfriendly . They never hesitate to make my family and I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I cannot overstate how poorly this reflects on the manage and general manager that they allow this inhospitable culture to thrive in their place of business . Shame on chipotle at East Cobb

Consistently horrible service at this location. It’s like the manager could care less – zero supervision to the kids running this place. I go in and they say they are short staffed doing online orders only. Who the heck is going to make my order? A robot? Maybe the 10 people just standing there staring around like they are bored? Why not just make my food? Why is an app needed? This place is the worst.

We placed a catering order for 10 people and not only did we only receive about 7 people worth of food, they only provided us with 9 tortillas with no utensils or plates. For over $130 spent this was extremely disappointing. If you are looking for true catering definitely look elsewhere. We even called management about the situation and they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive.

I eat at chipotle three times a week always walk in and order the quesadilla and have no problems. Today I tried to order it and they told me I had to go through the app and were pretty rude about it.. The store is never clean and I will not be going back to this location. They are always rude.

Food came out fast but they missed about half the selected ingredients on everything we ordered. I’ve been eating here for a long time and probably won’t be coming back. I ordered a burrito and it’s about the size of an iPhone mini in length. Truly unacceptable.

I love Chipolte. However, the one on Johnson Ferry in Marietta is totally lacking. Their chips are stale, they either don’t have salad dressing or it hasn’t been prepped. And the majority of their staff are either rude or slow. I have tried them three times and it is always the same. Go to another one for a more quality experience and food.
