New to the Atlanta area, but we looked for the worst rated Chipotle restaurant near us to see if it deserved the 1.5 rating that it had! Bottom line… on this day (July 22) and time it did not deserve the low numbers! It has a small eating area, but it was pretty clean and the people were pleasant but not exuberantly happy to see you. The quantity of food was good (in-line with other Chipotles), and the quality was pretty good. The chicken and the chicken Al Pastor were both a little spicier here than locations we have been to in the Mid-Atlantic. Ironically, they had no cilantro to add to my Chicken Bowl (cilantro is my favorite flavor addition, if I am not eating spicier items). We called in one order 10 minutes before we got there and it was ready when we received our in-house food. Overall, pretty good!

I was so afraid to try this Chipotle. So many bad reviews! Today I was like… I feel like Chipotle and this one is six minutes away from my house. I figure if I get there before the heavy lunch hour that would help. I got there at 11:45 and everything was great. Good service, food was fully stocked. The workers were nice and greeted me. My experience was good but I am not sure how it would be during rush hour. There was one customer in front of me and two came in after me. I got my food to go. The place was clean. Eating my food now and its good.

It was Actually a Great Visit. Young Lady who made my bowl was very nice. Aldo the young man who cashed me out. Wd sat inside and ate. The soda machine was out but the lemonade weren’t. The store was a little dirty. But it did look like they were under staffed. Even so they Had Great Customer service and was polite. Will be back

Manager on duty is very disrespectful. Needs to be fired!! She cross contamination the food by working on the line and at the cash register with gloves on a they have A register person to take orders. Customer waited over an hour for their food to not be made and ready as a driver arrive .Not once to attempt to make a 1.burrito bowl, Never Uber driver at Smyrna Ga, chipotle Time of incident 1pm on Friday August 18 2023

I was excited to go to have a brand new location so close to my house. The excitement quickly turned into frustration as soon as I entered the restaurant. The tables were dirty with food, the food service counter was also covered in food, all of the food to be served was running very low and not fresh, no employees acknowledged us even as we walked up to the counter (when we thought we were going to order something). We just walked right back out to go eat somewhere else. I don’t know who is managing this location, but they need to be replaced quickly before it gets permanently ruined. Judging from the 1.5 stars this place already has it’s not just us with the problem.

This has got to be the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. They Must have hired some people without any experience. I was standing in line for 21 minutes because they take too long making orders. It wasn’t even busy. 5 PM on a Sunday. Woman with the gold framed glasses was just unfriendly talking to every customer as if she was bothered that people wanted to buy food. They were out of everything, the floor and the line was dirty. Absolutely embarrassment of a franchise.

I CAN’T go back here! There were 5 workers, including the guy that prepared my order ALL had dreads and NOT one had on a hair net or had them pulled back in a tie!! Ivebeen going here once or twice a week since they opened, not ANYMORE! THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER!. I couldn’t enjoy my last meal for looking for hair in it.

Came into chipotle to do 3 orders the lady at the front (bald head black lady) was rude as hell! when I came to the register she did not even acknowledge me but instead she skipped over me in line and proceeded to help the person next in line behind me. I waited for 15 minutes at the register before someone at the drive thru came to ask me what orders I needed. After over 45 minutes of waiting I went back to the register to ask about my order and she was rude af about there not being any brown rice and she wasn’t going to get it. When I arrived I was the only person in the line it was sunny outside now I’m still waiting a he later it is now dark outside and I still do not have my orders and line is now out the door. Customer service is horrible here wait time is ridiculous I would never recommend this chipotle to any one.

After waiting over an hour past my scheduled pickup time, I decided to just leave. I tried to get a refund, but the guy at the window just told me to call 1800Chipotle. The line inside was 9 people deep and nobody was behind the counter. Now spending another hour trying to get a refund from Chipotle. I have never seen a restaurant run this poorly or workers that cared less; well, maybe one other time, but that place went out of business pretty quick. I predict the same for this business if something doesn’t change.
