The food was fresh but at 930 at night they were out of a few things and not putting out more, even though there’s a sign outside that says they are open until 11, and it looked like the drive through station was fully stocked. The burrito was half full and falling apart. If you are going to staff trainees and inexperienced staff, at least have a manager present to lead their staff through.

Do not order at this Chipotle through the app if you want your order in a timely manner. It took 30 minutes longer than the app stated for the food to be ready, and when it finally was ready, they didn’t even put the order on the pickup shelf.

Meat is well seasoned. Everything is fresh. Only thing is the young lady making burritos was a little too lite on the meat. She acted like I was a vegetarian or her younger sibling trying meat for the 1st time. No. I’m a guy. I like and require meat. Lots of it!

Something has been off with their regular chicken at this location at least for at least 6 months now. I always go to this Acworth spot and get the same thing, salad with chicken, same toppings, and I keep trying it thinking each time maybe my taste buds were just off but it’s been 4 times now and it’s just not good. The chicken is so salty it overpowers all the other ingredients. I don’t know if they are adding salt when they cook it or if it comes pre-marinated but man this was the last chance. The fatty dark meat is kind of slimy combined with the overly salty flavor/marinade… it’s just not good anymore. I’ll be going to Moe’s for the white meat chicken from now on.

We ordered pick up, it was fast and hot chicken bowls. Good portions, no ingredients missing, and a little too spicy but good flavor. Unfortunately, I was sick and in the bathroom about 1 hr later and frequented the bathroom several hours well into the night. I suffered violent and excruciating stomach cramps. I don’t know if it was my body or the food, but I won’t be ordering Chipotle again.
