Best price for a meal on the airport and chipotle is usually delicious. Service was what made everything horrible. The 3 employees working had a horrible attitude, and the girl that was doing toppings and rolling burritos was new and could not wrap a burrito. She destroyed every burrito she tried to roll, even if you had simple ingredients. My burrito was a mess. It wasn’t even soupy, she used 3 tortillas and still had holes everywhere and it fall apart in the bag. So sad since the food tasted good but it was just hard and impossible to eat.

In line at the airport waiting for this place to open that should have been opened at 930-am according to the website. When several of us waiting in line (about ten of us) inquired about the hours the staff disrespectfully whispered and laughed and replied opening is at noon! If not open please dont pull up your wire gate or place a note informing your customers of the delay. Better yet update your website if the hours have changed. It’s awful to run from one side of the airport to another for a closed restaurant!

2nd time here well before closing (2hrs +) and they’re out of almost everything and told us they’re not making any more. No tortillas, rice, meat, veggies, cheese, guac. They only had refried beans, various salsas, corn. I told them I’d take whatever they had left and was told “we don’t have bowls either.” Please close this location, I’m certain this space could be used for a better operated food business.

Went at 8.50. They had no vegetables left. No grilled or raw. End up taking rice, beans and sauces and paid full price. Why I didn’t leave without getting?! Because I was flying from Concourse F and travelled 15 min to D just to get chipotle, waited in line for 10min. Turning down wasn’t an option

3rd review of this Chipotle. I would like something good to say, however this location can never get it together. If corporate ever pays attention to reviews please read! The store opens at 10:45 a.m. and it’s now 12:25 p.m. and they have not started serving yet.

Just came here to order and they were out of rice, I told them I was fine with that and would like to order. The gentleman told the girl who was serving we’d still like to order and she said in a very negative rude way “of course they do”, and “what do you want?” This was on May 25th 2023 at 340pm. This business did not get my service, went to Auntie Anne’s down the way instead where I recieved incredible service and good food.

The food and service were as good as any other Chipotle but this branch had broken credit card machines, and the cashiers said we had to pay with either cash or Apple Pay, so if any customer didn’t have either, they couldn’t pay. I’ve been to many other Chipotles where the credit card machines would always be working.
