Make sure your soft are wrapped separately. Was a soggy mess. There to lazy to make sweet tea & individually wrap. I think next time if there is a next time I will drive to Dunwoody! A homeless person would have gotten more use out of the $18 I spent than eat there! Need a REFUND FOR REAL! No excuse for this!

Every time I try to give this location a shot I live to regret it. I’ve avoided the lunch rush thinking maybe it’s to busy for any sort of food quality control and tried coming at a slow hour 3pm … when I walked in it was literally dead . One or two patrons eating and zero to go orders on standby just mine . I was thinking this has to be good….well I was proven wrong. The food is just not good or ever fresh.

This has got to be the WORST Chipotle location (Roswell Rd/Sandy Springs) EVER! I placed an online order at 8:30pm, left my house at 8:32pm because I received an email saying our order will be ready at 8:40pm… Arrived there at 8:42pm & didn’t get our order until 9:05pm… It was only 3 employees working there as ALWAYS… It was ridiculous to say the least!

I just went there, roughly 5 minutes ago to grab dinner for my family and I was telling the young man how I would like my food served and he had a pretty bad attitude, and very unprofessional. I end up only buying my wife food but overall I try to reason with him about the service, but he couldn’t comprehend. I can tell he’s not a bad kid just need a little bit more training and customer service skills. I still end up giving him and the cashier a $20 tip each just a show. I wasn’t being combative and I’m a regular customer there just to show me some respect.

This location is sooooo slowwwwww! It took 20 minutes to get my order started. There was one person in front of me who ordered two items that part was fine. The issue was the two people working did 10 online orders before mine. I was finally acknowledged 15 minutes after standing there waiting to order. And the person said they we get to me soon as he grabs two more online orders to work on. If I am standing in line to order. Shouldn’t the come first as the line just started to build up behind me. This location is trash. Terrible experience in what should have been a five minute process. Also I asked for chips the person grabs them off the shelf behind checkout then takes the bag and goes tot he back room and comes back two minutes later with the bag of chips. Did the person do something to them? It was sketchy whatever they did.

This is a pretty nice location. The food is fresh. The restaurant was clean and the employees are efficient and professional. The only small issue I had and I feel like this is always the case with Chipotle’s, I order the food through the app and schedule a pick up time but the food is almost never ready despite the app tracking saying that it is. As a whole I think this is something Chipotle really needs to figure out.
