I can’t believe this. I ordered a sofrita burrito bowl with everything in it. Also asked for a side of guac and I got a bowl alright but half of the items missing. All i got was a lil bit of sofrita, beans, ton of white rice, cheese and tomato salsa also I got a burnt piece of paper in it I also ordered 2 tortilas on side. Didnt get em either. I ordered on app pick up showed for 7:40 land i reached at 7:45 and revieved my order at 8:15. Like what the heck!?.Never going back there.. I am just done.

Never order delivery from this location. It has been wrong every single time. To the point that today I ordered a burrito, they gave me a bowl. I ordered chips and guac + chips and salsa, and I didn’t receive either.

I’ve been eating at this location since it opened. There has been a noticable decline in quality the last 6 months. Now you get less meat that is more often burned. Things that should be warm are not. Things that should be cold are not.

I don’t know what has changed. But I have been coming here for atleast 4 years. This new staff is the worst. This is my second encounter with Ana. The first time I was served by her she barely gave me any food. But when her friend was in front of me she loaded her up. Then got upset when I asked for more. Today when I went everyone seemed to be joking. I asked for a burrito bowl. The store would be closing in one hour. So she got irritated when I asked for sour cream. She didn’t want to take out more. So I walked off. Her lack of customer service shows. I’ve never had a bad experience until lately. It’s a shame. I used to drive far just because this was my favorite Chipotle

There was only one other person in the restaurant and I waited in line for about 30 min. The worker behind the counter had the worst customer service skills ever. She did not want to do her job. She rather serve bowls with half the ingredients. I asked for extra cheese and the lady behind the counter wanted to argue about me paying extra for a pinch of cheese. She told me that there were no veggies, I asked to speak with a manager and the manger came with an attitude telling me that there are plenty of veggies and she didn’t want to do her job. Same issue as everyone else with delivery. 2/3 items were missing. I have a teething baby and am breastfeeding. I had not eaten all day and the only item they delivered was my husband’s bowl, which had salsa too hot for me to eat. Very disappointed. I worked in food service for a long time and often when someone orders online or delivery it is because of some hardship. Be kind to others and make sure their items are correct.

Everything is fresh and healthy Food combinations are tasty and flavorful with just enough spice. Fast and friendly service as well as clean Good consistent food I went to try the watermelon limeade and for the price of the large I am not sure it was worth it Will have to look into the “health lemonades” a bit more but the names were appealing. With some many taco and burrito options it is sometimes difficult to choose one but for consistency, convenience, and health Chipotle is still a good choice
