So disappointed with this location! My online order that was supposed to be delivered at 9 am, finally came three hours late (12:45pm). It was also missing pinto beans which I paid extra for. Food was stone cold and soggy. I proceeded to waste my gas to drive up there, just to end up getting spit in the face. The lady explains to me that they cannot issue refunds at the store. They also said they cannot remake it because “it was at 9:00am”. I explained that my order arrived late but there was no compromise. I am very disappointed with this location and how rude they are to customers. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with them. (Cross contamination, messy dining area, bugs on floor, etc.) Look elsewhere this Chipotle is dirty and the staff doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

I always order via the official app for pickup. I’ve never had an issue in my 2+ years of ordering from here. Obviously, don’t try to grab food from here 30 minutes before closing. That’s on *you*, not the restaurant staff; they gotta close & clean just like any other place.

(1:15pm) HEADS UP! I had a horrible experience at this location. The food wasn’t fresh, there was garbage all over the floor, and the staff seemed slow and or not motivated. I watch one of the staff make my food with a difficult attitude and literally giving me one small scoop of everything i asked for in my bowl, mind you I ordered a $17 steak bowl. After wasting 3 hours of my time. Doris (The manager with red hair) was very rude and disrespectful after I went back to the restaurant (later) to try to correct my order. She had a very inconsiderate attitude, Almost as if she didn’t care to have her manager role. At the end of this experience I returned the food and requested and reserved a REFUND. I also made a call to corporate.

I tried eating here for lunch. After battling for a parking space in an overcrowded lot, i then stood in a long line to find out that it would be 12-15 longer for chicken. This was very disappointing. It’s lunch time on a Friday. Your steak is more expensive and typically salty and over seasoned. I walked out. Unacceptable!

The most incompetent place in the state… we live 5 mins from here so if we want chipotle, this is the closest to our house.. however, they have NEVEN gotten an online order correct for us. We always have to go in and order at the counter…. But it is super inefficient when you do a group order or a larger order… they always give us the wrong food when we order online.. kind of crazy how they screw up 100% of the time.. either they have a process issue or a people issue. Either way, make sure u go in and order at the counter, don’t do mobile or online order bc it is obv too hard for them to follow the order correctly.

I really want to like this chipotle but every time I go it’s not something I can enjoy. As a person with cilantro aversion gene the cilantro is completely overwhelming. I can handle a little here and there but lately it’s like big pieces of it in everything. When I visit MOEs I never have this problem. So for that reason I simply can’t enjoy this location. It was never this overwhelming with cilantro at other locations I’ve visited.

There app and door say open til 11pm we have come here 4 times at 10:30 pm to get dinner and they have turned us away. The manager in the store told us to go away that they wanted to close early and then he waved us away and locked the door. Terrible customer service and if you state you are open to a certain time honor that time and do not close early just because you are being lazy.
