Bad vibes all around. Younger workers trying to do their jobs but inadequately trained, kept having to ask the old guy who appeared to be the owner or manager what to do. He was very rude to them and we felt sorry for the workers. When he rang us up he was very rude as to us too. On top of that my son got the 2 taco kids meal and got one chicken and one beef. The man charged us over $5 for the substitution, making a $5 kids meal over $10. Very ugly when I asked about it. I would have put up a fight for this charge, however, we had just picked our other son up from college and didn’t want to let his actions get me worked up. We will never return to this location. The people at Moe’s down the road are friendly and that’s where we’ll be next time. Also saw their health dpt score is was in 60s or low 70s… hung by the restrooms..

My first time coming to a chipotle spent more than 50 and was disappointed the food was delicious however all tables are absolutely filthy including the outside tables the dude working was rude when I asked him for a cup however I left a 10$ tip because the lady fixing our food was niceish she kinda acted annoyed when I was ordering like she didn’t like her job ♀️ over all I give it 2 stars

This is the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The other customers reviews are CORRECT, there are young people with no grace or etiquette at all. This branch is unkept, I asked for brown rice, the answer from the manager was ” We don’t got none” its 6:40 pm this place she be better prepared to accommodate customers., not even an apology. The cheese,beans and onions were all dried out, and they give you the take it or leave it attitude. The manager is a poor example..

Not a good experience. No white, no cheese for the in store customers. These guys didn’t want to walk back and get new bins. The drive thru had everything. I gave them 2 stars because other Chipotle restaurants are fantastic.

My whole order was wrong and they didn’t give me chips which i paid for and they were apparently out of the drink i ordered two. i ordered chicken bowl with veggies and brown rice. i got a bowl of steak with cheese, white rice, and one single tomato. should’ve gone in to get it fixed but doors were locked. i would like a refund lol

Meat looked like it had been cooked early morning or left over from another day and wasn’t very warm. The toppings didn’t look much better. The parking lot was large and the parking was free place. The restaurant was small and crowded however, it was well lit and the staff were pleasant.

IF YOU DON’T WANNA GET SICK, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had order the steak burrito bowl with rice, pinto beans, veggie, lettuce, corn and sour cream and ever since i ate my meal i had to go to the restroom multiple times and i had threw up multiple times. My little brother had half of my bowl and he felt sick and threw up. I hope health inspectors come to this location and shut this place down. 0/10
