No complaints about my food. When I walked in, I noticed that EVERY table was dirty. I asked if they could wipe a table for our party of 5. No one wiped a table so we had to wipe it ourselves with a wet napkin. I then went back to the same person I asked to wipe & told her, “Never mind, I wiped my own table.” No apology or acknowledgement was made. I won’t be back.

I was given an abundance of rice and beans in my bowl. However; I received about five pieces of meat in my entire bowl and the smallest scoop of guacamole which we are already charged extra for. A 5yr old wouldn’t even have a sufficient meal with what I was given. For the price customers pay you would think there would be a little better quality along with the servings and portion sizes we receive. Not happy at all with this location.

The employees here seem to hate their job and are terrible at hiding it. We were so disappointed in our service and their lack of help. Also, they were out of chips, red salsa, lettuce, and Root Beer! How do you run out of chips and salsa at a Mexican food restaurant?! They were not apologetic at all and just acted like we were inconveniencing them! This is not our usual experience at Chipotle.

This location is not why I gave it 1 Star. I have always had a great experience and great customer service at this location. I am giving 1 star because I do not understand why Chipotle wants to charge $1.50 for the vinaigrette dressing that barely covers the bottom of their tiny plastic containers. I paid for one Today that was half of half full. Ridiculous. Chipotle please address your pricing on your dressing as that is extremely over priced and uncalled for.

I have gone to this Chipotle on Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville Ga. for years and I use to go at least 3 times a week ( Because I live less than a 1/2 mile) But now It’s barely once a month. They have gotten so ridiculous with everything. They wanna charge you extra when you get your items on the side ( I don’t like it all on my rice because I don’t eat it all at once so if it’s separate I can split my portions up without having to warm my tomatoes and Sour Cream… THAT’S NASTY WARMED up the next time I get ready to eat my left overs) now if I get this all on my bowl I’m not charged… but you can get extra if you put it all in a burrito or in bowl and they can barely close it… PLEASES MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!

I orden a bowl and service was no friendly this people need to be cheer up and they just literally put half spoon of chicken on my bowl cover with lettuce so I don’t see the orden I don’t think k I will be back in this location.
