Disgusting. The servings are very low and the place was trashed. It wasn’t even busy. Every single table was dirty and the floors were bad too. While sitting and eating, one employee started sweeping but only did it under one table. Just gross all over. Trays and baskets stacked high at trash can.

We went for the 1st time ever to Chipotle and it was GREAT! Maybe all the bad reviews left should try to go when the place isn’t swamped! Ordered online went smoothly, food was amazing! Bad reviews on one time experiences is what cause employees to be disheartened and QUIT! Then there is when the really bad experiences start… I think the place is amazing and definitely be back for more! We’re Hooked! Thanks Chipotle Team❤️

Great experience. I went the opening day and you couldn’t ask more. I go to a lot of chipotles and the food was cooked right. Chips at chipotle are the easiest to screw up and go unnoticed. Even the chips were properly cooked and salted.

Just tried this location. I do give it that it was opening day and everything is new. But there still needs to be a lot of work. I had been from out of town and luckily I could get my Chipotle fix. However the bowls were disappointing as they barely put any rice in it and I love the rice. The chicken had a little gristle and I found a bone. I ordered two bowls because of the portion sizes. Hopefully improvements are made by the time I get to come back.

I want to start by saying I’m not the type to leave a bad review, but I have been a chipotle lover for many years, and eaten at several locations. I have already been to the new location 5 times since they have opened. I don’t have a problem with the food, but more or less what they give you. I stand in line, and watch people in front of me get their food, particularly men that aren’t asking for extra get a heaping overflowing amount of food. Then when I start to order mine, the give me 1/2 the amount that is typical given at an other restaurant. Like they are taking from me, since they gave him more. I have to ask for extra, and then feel like they are upset about it. I love chipotle, and will always eat there, I just wish they would be fair on the portions.

I’ve been to many Chipotles and have never had an experience this terrible. I ordered on the app to pickup in the drive thru line. Sat for easily almost 45 minutes waiting on food and when I finally got it, I was missing part of my order and my bowl was almost empty. Maybe 4 bites worth of food in there. Such a waste of money. Doubt that I will return here, which is sad because I had been eagerly waiting for it to open.

They have a long way to go to figure out how to make things run smooth. It’s a disaster, you wait in line for 30 45 mins and if you are picking up a to go order you will have to wait 20 30 mins also, and 2 different times I was given wrong order even after I asked 3 times was they sure that the order was all in the bag.
