I made a pick-up order for 2 chicken bowl. Chicken was almost nonexistent on the bowls. I went back, and they gave me a small cup of chicken stating that it was a regular serving size. Doesn’t look like correct to me. $32 for rice and beans I don’t think so! I guess I have to literally watch them make my food each time so I don’t get swindled!

Been here twice now. Everyone on staff is amazing except the lady with the red hair. Both times I have came here she’s had a straight attitude and huge negative vibe. She tried to charge me extra because one of her fellow employees gave me “too much meat” (to include) I did not ask for double meat but she still gave me an attitude instead of talking to her coworker.

We went at a busy time, but there were at least seven employees who were working quickly and efficiently. However friendliness was almost totally absent. From where I was sitting as we ate I could watch their face and saw only ONE employee smile in 30 plus minutes. It appeared as their was almost no interaction or banter with the customer besides the minimum necessary to process each order.

Took my uncle there today for the first time in his life. Once those flavours hit his taste buds, he was hooked. I saw it with my own two eyes. He told everyone that would listen he went to Chipotle. My goal is to get everyone in my family who hasn’t been to Chipotle officially inducted.

BAD! The rice is hard and not cooked correctly. Nothing was fresh! Chicken was ice cold! They give half the regular portion size for everything. It’s all teenagers there that are working that are trying to cook. Don’t think they ever cooked something in their lives before. Go to the chipotle at North Augusta, way better than this. Never coming here again!

This chipotle is regularly out of different ingredients during peak time and hours. How can you possible be out of steak at 6:30 on a Thursday evening?! You said you need to cook it? Absolutely horrible management. I will literally be driving to SC from now on. This chipotle has let me down too much.
