Please listen to these negative reviews. Ignore those girls rating this place good. The brown rice in here is hard. The sofritas is hard as a rock. I asked why they’re hard and they told me because not a lot of people get sofritas. Doesn’t matter. The food was lukewarm, borderline cold. This place is disgusting and lazy. And when you want a refund, they’ll tell you they can’t do a refund they can only remake the food. Honestly, it’s still a hard no. Below is a picture of the sofritas that I was spitting out cause it’s hard as heck. Save your money and go to Surcheros.

We were traveling and had a choice of Mexican, Fried Chicken, or Chinese. We chose Chipotle and we’re very impressed. There was no line, which actually put me on guard (I’m used to waiting in the past in Colorado), the servers were quite pleasant and efficient, and the food was delicious! I had a burrito, my wife a burrito bowl, I think she may have gotten more fixins, but mine was more than I should have eaten, and we both had her leftover for lunch the next day. Tasty, spicy to our comfort levels, and fast.

Was about to put in a 5 Star review because there so many bad reviews and i had good experience but they messed up and forgot my Gaucamole. Apparently, management here does not care about customers. I had to drive extra 20 mins to get extra gauc. Portion size was very low and the food got very cold. No wonder you have under 3 ratings.

Every time we order delivery from this location, there are multiple mistakes. This time, every taco was missing multiple ingredients, some tacos had the wrong kind of tortilla, and we got guac instead of the queso we ordered. This is unacceptable, especially since calling the phone number just leads to an automated process that lets them avoid having to remake your order. I will not be ordering delivery from here again.

I got a chance to place an order to go on the app on opening day. I think there were only 2 parking spots even available when I got there and the line wrapped around inside the whole store. The drive through line was around the building . I waited about 45 minutes after placing my order to come. I waited about 10 minutes before I realized it was on the very top shelf (and I’m 5’2 ). It was so, so packed in there… like barely any standing room. For the 10 minutes I sat there they got a good few people out the the door. The food was great, as I expected it would be, but the chips were………… almost chewy. They weren’t warm and were kinda hard to eat. I’m still giving 5 stars because it could’ve been way worse…. I was prepared for anything considering it was opening day.
