The location only allowed for mobile orders, slight inconvenience but not a big problem. I get back home with the 3 burrito bowls to everyone waiting for dinner, only to find a live moth with it’s leg kicking. Location won’t do anything besides direct you to report to the main company due to the order being made online. Customer service is only offering to refund me for the one bowl the moth was found in. Please tell me how the remaining bowls , which I promptly threw away, are not subject to cross contamination when I can not originate what exactly the moth was mixed with in besides all the food came from one location?

Service and food was good. But probably won’t be back until I know this place is cleaned up. I like the teas that they have and the tray/tea dispenser hasn’t been cleaned in forever. There was black mold on the tray(bottom right corner kf the pic) , it smelled fermented, and probably 50 fruit flies flying around. Floor was sticky and gross looking. If they don’t take care of this I doubt they keep their kitchen any cleaner!

The staff was great and helpful. Some of the food was slight cold from being pulled out of the fridge and being leftover from last night. My advise always wait for the initial rush to go so you get fresher food. The only reason they got a 4 is due to the cold food. But their new Garlic Guajillo steak is so dang good. A definite must try on your next visit.

I physically watched the worker give my order to someone else and then get upset because he had to remake it. Everyone else was on their phones (texting/FaceTiming), and they gave no quality customer service. The same employee got upset when I asked for the drink I ordered and even then gave me a water cup. Hygiene at the store was unbelievable. I watched people who were making the food touch things (including on the ground) with the same gloves he was using to make the food. I am not the one to make complaints, but this was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. This might have ruined chipotle for me lol.

While the food is good, the restaurant itself is dirty. The food preparation area appears clean but as previously stated, the restaurant seating area is dirty. The trash cans are usually overflowing and the tables tend to be littered with trash. If you intend to do takeout then the cleanliness of the restaurant seating area is irrelevant. That being said the food here is pretty good and the staff typically gives out good portions.

They are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. Order online, but even then you may not get what you ordered! I ask for Brown rice, why do I have White? There is no way for them to notify me on the App they are out of Brown Rice. I don’t until I get to the bottom of the Bowl. Open up my online order at home stuff missing. Gotta call there and leave a message. It’s ridiculous!
