Out of chicken al pastor and didn’t even have forks to eat my burrito bowl. Had to use a spoon. Went with the beef barbacoa. 2 very large chunks of fat were served in my bowl. Won’t be returning.

Wasn’t sure I wanted to go here after reading some of the other reviews from fellow Google guides. Glad I did though. I was very happy with my experience and my food. It was just as good as any other Chipotle I had been to and the workers were very polite. I walked in and waited in line for about 2 minutes then I walked out 2 minutes later with my food. Good job Valdosta.

The steak burrito is good. The steak tasted great. But the meals don’t come with chips (that’s additional), it’s a touch pricey, and no salsa to dip the chips. The chips were a little stale. They don’t have salt and pepper shakers. Very few sauces to choose from.

Food is good, but service and management needs improvement. We went for a 3 pm pick up time and no one was at the drive thru for 10 minutes, just us in line also. So we went inside to pick up our order instead, but had to wait even longer. We didn’t end up leaving until 3:20. They were basically empty so to not have even looked at our order to make it until agter our pick up time and having to go inside when we requested drive thru is ridiculous. Better food for better price and service can be found in Valdosta at Surcheros or even Barberitos.

My husband and I walk in to chipotle 3mins ago no greeting or anything we were the only one in there, one other person walked in we had them go ahead of us. Manager and another employee didn’t get severed the manager was helping someone else The other employee went to the drive through and never helped us but No one came to the drive through horrible customer service.

I’m very disappointed in this location.. i mobile ordered at 612 for a 630 pick up. Walked at out 655 with my order. I get home, it’s wrong on both burrito bowls and missing items. My one bowl is lacking chicken and missing requested pico. Your best bet is to go in and order in line because that moved the fastest, and you know your order won’t get messed up.

We have a large family so it’s a bit of a chore to go out to eat. Staff here was very friendly and helpful and patient. We would eat here again. The only reason for a four star was that the chips were not warm, but maybe that’s how they are now? Otherwise, great place to stop on our way home.

Not only was wrong my food wrong, I cannot get in contact with nobody, nothing about this meat looks like chicken, this is pull pork in my plate. I ordered thru doordash, & it is not doordash fault, my bag was taped up. He didn’t make the food, THEY DID. I literally had to pull my meat out of plate, because i do not eat pull pork. HORRIBLE SERVICE
