THEY ARE OPEN!!! yes they are open and taking orders now. The drive up window is used for orders taken on the app or online. You can not place your order there. I was happy with the speed of the staff after placing my order on the app. The only reason they got 4 stars is due to the burrito. There was little to no steak and only 1 out of three bites had a piece of steak. The steak is good and full of flavor the location is very convenient. Easy in and out parking lot.

I usually have a great experience here. But I placed a mobile order for a burrito and was given a bowl…didn’t realize until I got allllll the way home. Drove back and gave them the bowl to fix. The guy up front with glasses was nice. But the white guy making the mobile orders clearly dumped my cold bowl into a tortilla. The burrito was disgusting, cold, the ingredients were not mixed. And on top of that he didn’t apologize or even speak to me he just handed me the cold burrito. I will never place a mobile order again.

This place JUST opened and it was the worst Chipotle experience ever. I was there last Saturday at lunch time during the 12 o’clock hour. That glob in my bowl is the queso, it is not sour cream or mayonnaise. Additionally the chips were stale, the steak in my bowl was so dry that it was crunchy, and the rice was even dry.

I’m kinda up in the air with this one. I got food before here and it was fantastic then next week it was not what I paid for. (Photo is of a small girl and those are “regular” sized burritos) the first one we got was as big as her face like normal.

People need to stop being such a bunch of little cry babies. If there is an issue with your order let them know I’m sure they will gladly try and fix the problem. They are short staffed and are trying to work their tails off to get folks their order. Plus I’ve heard they’ve had issues with their system being down for their mobile ordering. Give these people a break, why make their day worse because you had a minor inconvenience with your order. So sick of these entitled people that think everyone should bow down to them and kiss their a**.

Honest Thoughts
So the reviews are so mixed here, but my experience was great. I didn’t realize that they didn’t have an actual drive thru so I parked and placed an order online and it was done in 10 minutes. Everything was just how I ordered and the employees were very nice to me. The only thing I didn’t like was the queso it was very thick and $8, but other then that it was great

I swung by Chipotle after church and the place was packed. I started not to go inside. The staff were happy and friendly. Most restaurant staff would have been responding to the pressure of the crowd. The line went quickly and smoothly. Each staff member was courteous. One employee named Maia was noticeably hard working. Once all of the customers were waited on, she grabbed a broom and cloth and cleaned the dining room in a very detailed manner. As a former restaurant manager, I was thoroughly impressed by her work ethic.

Last 2 orders I’ve been charged for items I didn’t receive. 1st order didn’t have the chips and queso I paid $5 for and I ordered a burrito and received a bowl. 2nd order didn’t have any queso but was charged for it. No sour cream and the hot salsa was put on the burrito though I ordered mild. I will not order from this location ever again. These 2 orders were 2 weeks apart so it’s not an isolated incident.

I’ve eaten here about five times since they’ve opened and never had a problem. The only time I’ve had to wait in the chipot-lane is literally for 5 mins on the opening week. Every body has their opinion, as you can see, but try it for yourself. They’ve never messed up my order and my bowl is always over-flowing. Service is good. It may be a lil over priced in some people’s eyes but honestly everything in America is over priced right now… and you don’t get FRESH ingredients at other Tex-Mex places in town (Surcherros).
