Walked in, somewhat greeted by an employee sweeping the lobby. All teenagers, nothing wrong with that, however… What I first noticed was the teen boy in the kitchen wiping sweat off his brow and face and begin opening food products to be served to the public WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AND DID NOT PUT ON GLOVES. I am assuming who was the teen manager did the SAME DAMN THING! I had the garlic steak burrito that came with gristle, undercooked chalky rice and hot sauce that tasted like it was from Taco Bell. The refried beans were dry as hell and the black beans tasted like they were poured out of a can into the hot well. No personable exchange whatsoever. They were there for a paycheck. That’s it. The food, just my opinion, sucked. The welcoming factor was nonexistent. Never again. Not going back.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Placed an online order and went inside to pick it up. The place was absolutely filthy. They weren’t busy, and the few customers that were actually eating there were all sitting at the tables outside (probably because the inside was so dirty). Half of their drink machines were empty. There were items missing from my order because they were out of supply (only discovered this by checking the items myself instead of them actually telling me when they gave me the bag). This was a little after 7pm on a weeknight, so it was still several hours before their closing time. Also found MULTIPLE PIECES OF PLASTIC in the food. I’ve been to this one a few other times and they always managed to screw something up, but this was the last straw. Horribly managed and don’t waste your time going here.

I have came to this location 2 times and every time the chips have been stale like day(s) old chips the customer service is non existent. The place must be managed by a toddler. That’s the only thing that would make sense

Chipotle’s Mexica food is really good. You can get a bowl (my favorite) or burrito (my wife’s) or tacos either soft or hard. Their guacamole is one of the best. We eat there once a week. Not very crowded, probably because of the food problems they had a few years ago.

This place every time I’ve been there it is just dirty. Over by the drink station the specialty drinks and the little cooler mixers are supposed to have lids on them. They don’t. It’s never kept up and clean and the food there is at best subpar for a Chipotle. Don’t know what’s going on but they really need to get their act together or corporate needs to step in and clean it up for them! Definitely will not be going back to this Chipotle anytime soon.

Just moved back to Florida very happy to find out there is a Chipotle close by. The staff was “super” friendly and great. Food was awesome. I got a steak bowl & chips. MMmmm I’ll be back again & again.

We placed our order and waited at the register to pay. Waited for someone to show up. He came but was talking to 2 co-workers. The music was terrible and so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. We will not be going back there again.
