I love Chipotle. I really do. But today was the third time I’ve gotten severely undercooked brown rice. It wasn’t edible. It takes a little longer than white rice, guys.

Consistently this location is late on fulfilling orders. They’re consistently out of food. They do not confirm with mobile delivery drivers, resulting in orders being stolen. Highly recommend going to a different location. It is dirty.

HORRIBLE takeout experience here!!! Truly tiny portions when I ordered extra on most toppings. Dairy added to a bowl I specified can *NOT* have it because of potentially lethal allergens! Waste of money on that bowl now! Also made to wait 10 minutes after the pickup time to simply be handed my bag! Overpriced for the content of food and quality of service!!!! Never coming back again, you can do a lot better.

Hot drink, burnt chicken and nothing else for a burrito bowl??? And one side of a quesadilla and NO sides for it which I ordered? I’ve never order chipotle before and NOW I definitely know why. Never again!

I recently visited this Chipotle location, expecting the usual warm, friendly service, and quality food that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the norm and was disappointingly poor in almost every way.

To the owner of this franchise. I have been eating at Chipotle’s for years. I was excited to see that they had one closer to my house. I normally have to drive to the Orange Park location, which I’ve never have a problem with. I went by there today around 1:30pm they were not busy. There was a heavyset kid with his hair in a ponytail. I had asked him to please change his gloves. I got a wrap on the side and a bowl to go. I had kindly asked him to change his gloves for me. Which he did with a side order of attitude. He did not look like he wanted to be there. Very unpleasant energy. He barely put any rice in my bowl. Which I asked for more rice. And got more attitude from him, rolling his eyes. Being visibly annoyed. The next girl was actually kind of pleasant. She at least smiled. The manager was at the cash register. I told her this is my first time here and so far three stars. I said he needs to have an attitude adjustment. She smirked at me and said we’re short staffed. It looks about the same number as every other Chipotle I’ve ever been in. I asked if she is the manager. She got loud with me and said I am one of them. Not like, what is the issue? She could’ve said she’d talk to him. So you have your employees driving customers away. That’s bad for business. I’m going back to the Orange Park store where I don’t have these problems. So if anybody found this helpful might be worth the drive. They give you better portions at the other one anyways. I would not recommend this location.

I love chipotle and eat at chipotles regularly. I avoid this one whenever possible. As others have said, they run out of things (once a worker asked if I could have my bowl without rice. Um, no.), the portions are small (such a rip off if you get guac), and there is no care put into the food. You will have over or undercooked rice, clumps of cilantro in the rice, tough chips, and overall sad food. Riverside and Regency locations have it together. This one is not it, sad to say.

I had Chipotle for the very first time and it’s sad to say but I prefer Moe’s. The restaurant was dirty and they literally ran out of everything. The employees seem to be running around like they are lost. The had 1 cashier taking orders and restocking the food that they did have. The food was alright but I don’t think I’ll be back

The person that took my order put so little food in my bowl. The mixture of my food turned out awful. I kept asking for more and then he or she argued with me that they had to put in that amount. I have been going to chipotle for years but won’t go back to that one.
