Slightly above average food and service. I had two fish tacos that were decent. Came in for lunch. There was only one person in the restaurant. It took about fifteen minutes to get our food. One of us ordered a burger and fries with some sort of special sauce, and it took about 25 minutes to get them. The inside is decorated really cool with surfboards and pictures, nice atmosphere.

We came to the location with ten minutes to close. Normally, the staff bemoans this happening and it shows. Not today. The food was just as fresh and delicious as you would expect at opening. The person who helped was named Ariyanna they told me. She was shorter with straight dark hair . I describe only to make sure she gets the credit for this excellent service she deserves. They were out of Guac on the line and instead of telling us they didn’t have any she went to the back to get a fresh batch at now five minutes to close. This is service. We will return and recommend.

Did the drive through online order twice and both times steak was dry and rice was old/hard. Makes me hesitant to even try to see if ordering from the counter is better/fresher. People who work the drivethrough are nice but that doesnt matter if the food is bad.

We didn’t even stay long enough to order. We were a group of 6, but left because the music was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. We asked the employee cleaning tables to turn it down (had to ask 3x because he couldn’t hear us). He told us none of the employees could do it. So we left & took our business elsewhere.

2021: Don’t order for drive thru or delivery, they seriously cut down on portion sizes. I asked for extra sour cream and cheese and I didn’t get any. I also payed for double steak and barely got a normal portion Also it was dry and the rice could have been cooked longer. Overall walk in and order and it’s way better.

The manger at this store (her name i didn’t quite catch, but she had purple hair) has always been rude to me when i come to this store. in the past using the chipotlane she is very rude when asking what my name for the order is and when she asks what the drinks are. she rolls her eyes and is very short when talking. when the window is open i hear her talking to other workers about how stupid customers are and how she hates when they come early because it ruins her day. My order was placed for 7:30 pm and i arrived at 7:27. she was so angry that i was early that she was slamming things and i could see her yelling about me being early. i can’t imagine this makes the workers comfortable and it surely made me upset and uncomfortable. any time i order i hope she isn’t working because the other workers have always been very nice and she is always disrespectful.

The large female employee that was working the front counter on 7/13/23 at 9:00 pm was beyond rude! Deplorable attitude for absolutely no reason! I asked a simple question: “Can I order a side of steak?” and instead of just answering the question, the employee rudely rolled her eyes, and replied “you can do whatever you want, I can’t stop you”. She proceeded to give me an annoyed look over a simple question. Seriously? You don’t have to worry about me spending another dime at this location. You don’t have to take your bad day out on the customer.
