I hear the food is good. Wanted to check it out. Placed order at 8:15pm pick up 8:40pm arrive 8:50pm. Line is outrageous and my ticket can’t be found. I wait through line to get served last. What service! No one but cashier cared. I will choose differently in the future.

Where to start? It’s hotter in the store than it is outside, walked in and had 6-8 people in from of me, took 20 minutes. Other locations it would have taken less than 5. Had 2 people working the line while 5 others prepping/ talking. Soda machine for the coke and sprite not working, Ice was everywhere from people dumping out bad soda. Told staff no one did anything while I was there eating about 10 minutes, resorted to tea. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash. Eating area was dirty food from previous customers on tables: disappointing.

I have given this location more than its fair shake at being even remotely acceptable for timelines of ordering. Both in store and online ordering is miserable. They are consistently understaffed, and the added stress of being understaffed leads to errors in the orders. If you want a quick bite around peak hours, look to spend about 30 minutes here just waiting for food. This place could learn about efficiency from the DMV.

Food was decent enough, but the entire restaraunt was a mess! The serving area, the prep area, and every single table to sit at indoors was all covered with food. All trash cans were full and spilling over. We ended up at an outside table where every one else was sitting too. It was cooler on this summer night than in the establishment. My husband had to get paper towels from the bathroom. I will say, now hiring signs are everywhere. Current staff just stared and barely spoke to us. Maybe don’t extend your hours if you cannot keep up with basic sanitation.

Terribly small sized portions today from Chipotle. I ordered a double steak burrito bowl and got an absolutely puny size compared to what usually comes when I order in person. Awful consistency from a franchise who used to be so good.

I have been to this place many times. The manager woman is a really nice person. One of my routine orders today. Kids meal and a bowl. There was no problem with the bowl. Kids meal has 3 slots and asked for rice, beans and sour cream. He said sour cream costs extra. It comes with chips and asked for Pico on the side and he said it costs extra. Now I asked for sour cream on the bowl (not the kids meal) which was not present in the area where they prepare the food. I asked that as a side and he said it will cost extra but they have no problem putting on top of the bowl. I only asked this so me and my son could share the sour cream since he was not willing to add the sour cream on the empty slot of the kids meal. I pay for the meal and before leaving I decided to pay for the sour cream on the side. Went back to the counter and asked for it and this time surprise suprise, I was told they were out of sour cream. I called 1-800-CHIPOTLE and asked if it even costs extra to add sour cream and they put me on hold, came back and apologized and told me it shouldn’t cost me extra.

Terrible location that appears to be run my immature teenagers. Walked in and advised there was no white rice, which was probably due to the fact the one young man (which did not appear to be in uniform or wearing a hat around the cooking area) was joking and distracting the cook. Then you have two young ladies come out from the back yelling like the were in a playing ground. Mind you only one young man was attending to customers waiting. Then advised no lid for the to go orders, and no regular cups for drinks when ordered ( leaving you with the options to not get a drink, purchase bottles drinks or a large drink). And lastly,after paying for a large drink, the tea canisters were empty- so wasn’t able to get the drink of choice. This place needs to get their act together.

My aunt catered from this location and safe to say the customer service was very bad. Not only did they forget part of her order, but they refused to comp. The worker was also very rude to my aunt. Probably the worst chipotle in town.
