I was weary walking inside. The front door was broken and boarded up for repairs and it looked scary, but the drive thru was still in full swing so I went in. Although they had minimal staff, they were operating exceptionally during the lunch hour! I swore it was going to take me 20 minutes to get out of there but Sydney and Samara had that line running so efficiently, it only took me 5. Everyone was very polite and accommodating and the food was delicious and perfect. Smiles all around with the other customers as well. Thanks guys!

I like Chipotle. I would’ve never had it until they finally opened in Pensacola and nearby. The food is good and all. Service here is pretty good. I like that they’re open late. But I wouldn’t say it’s not all amazing though. It’s just another average, overpriced restaurant that has no consistent measurements as to how much food they’ll give you.

What can I say, my Burrito didn’t rip open when she rolled it closed or leak tomato juice, and she followed my instructions on how I wanted it portioned correctly for my liking So, that was good. It’s got Chipotle problems still though none the less. Like every chipotle I have ever been to in 3 states. Same old issues.

When credit is due I make sure to write something. This is the opposite of credit. I walk in. tables are extremely messy. Next when I ordered, they did not even give me the correct portion for protein. It was literally baby servings and I asked to add more and the man demanded it be extra cost… Furthermore, I was not informed of the pricing and was not made aware of the extra cost when choosing items like guac, and also the tortilla. It’s been years since Ive been to a chipotle and this experience was terrible. Prices have gone way up as well. You’d rather make your own and save you some time and money or head to an actual restaurant which is more reasonable. Never again here.

I wish someone would tell these people that presentation is a major selling point. Not only was the bowl skimpy but sloppy as well. I won’t be going there again. I stopped going to Chick fila A and now it’s Chipotles turn.

I tried the new chicken al pastor, and it was amazing! My bowl was filled with tasty veggies cheese chicken and guacamole. My only complaint would be with the dining area and drink station, both needed some attention and the tea containers were both empty.

The worst service I’ve ever had. I walked in and was told because I was ordering on the “line” the quesadilla was not an option for me I had to download the app put my info in and order online. They are making the quesadillas right there in front of me. I was told this is a corporate policy. Hey Chipotle, you know that customer service thing, your doing it wrong. There is no way to reach anybody but the children that run the store the pepper app is a contract company that disconnects you when they grow weary of you. The survey is by invite only. This is ridiculous.

Clean building, fast service, standard chipotle fair. The inside is larger than the location at the mall and has nice outdoor seating. Pictured below is a steak bowl with brown rice, salsa, pinto beans, grilled onions and peppers, cheese, corn, and lettuce. The price was right at the 10.00 marker.
