Ten Cents Boys
This place has never been amazing. A few times it has been acceptable to get that Chipotle fix. BUT, it has declined enough to where I’ve felt compelled to tell you all about it. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and there wasn’t a long line, so my hopes were high that I would get a decent meal. NOPE. As many of you know, they’re always out of something. This time was veggies, chips, steak, vinaigrette, and I stopped asking after that. Staff was polite but obviously lost. Management needs to be replaced. Period. Trash cans overflowed. Drinks empty/not working. Looked like an abandoned chipotle. See my pictures for details.

Absolutely Terrible on every level. The chicken is extremely over salted. The lobby is a disaster. The drink station is annihilated. The Grill behind the counter is the most filthy grill I’ve ever seen anywhere. The food bar is also filthy dirty and disgusting. And to top it all off, the crew could give less then two craps about customer service. Not friendly or accommodating what so ever. Then to make matters worse, peak season is over. This place should be closed if they don’t have the crew to make it function correctly. Never fails they are always out of chips. I’m wondering if they even bother to ever make the chips anymore. What an absolutely horrific experience for such a renowned chain like Chipotle. I’ve even expressed my concern to corporate in the past. Which lead to absolutely zero action.

i almost walked out. the place was filthy. All the tables needed wiping. The trash cans were over flowing on the inside and outside of the building. There was trash on the floor. There was no tea. When my husband asked for a certain item, they said “we don’t have a spoon in that”. I hope they will get manager in there that will fat the workers to care more.

We got there at opening. They didn’t have any chips made. Tables were dirty. Literally,every single table inside was nasty. Teas had not been refilled. Floor was gross. Looked like no cleaning had been done the night before. We come here often and this was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. Food was good.

Walked into this place and was greeted by about 5 overflowing trash cans and every single table was filthy. Nobody would even sit inside it was so gross. They had a pretty long line but it was only because one person was actually serving people. As I got up to order my Burrito the server put about half a spoon full of chicken on it and I asked for more and he said that they didn’t have any and he would have to charge me for extra? I nearly walked out. But since I had company I didnt. They also didn’t have any guacamole or their new spicy chicken. But apparently that’s pretty typical at this location. I won’t ever be back.

Food isn’t bad, from what was left. 6pm Sunday, no beans, no steak, no chips, no sour cream. I ordered on the app, paid for food and tip. I get there and there is no order. Had to wait in long line and take it up with the bank on Monday. The Guac was black on top, and they said they just mix it together, i wont notice…

Ordered on the app tonight and arrived 2 minutes before my pickup time. I was asked what the name on my order was and they asked again 3 more time and I spelled it out 3 times till the manager came up and asked me again and I showed him the app and confirmed I had their location as a pickup location for my order. They treated me like I was trying to steal a burrito and questioned me saying my app order didn’t explicitly have my name on the order screen (it doesn’t show any name in the app in the order status section after you order). After I looked in my email and showed it to the manager he wrote my order on a napkin and proceeded to make it. At this point it was 15 min past my pick up time… he gave me my order about 5 minutes later. After my wife and I opened it at our hotel it was clearly less food than normal for a burrito bowl and burrito. We travel to the beach here in the Destin area frequently but will be avoiding this location like the plague.

This location is always filthy. At four in the afternoon the trash cans are totally overflowing onto the floor and behind the register where they’re preparing food is terribly gross. This seems to be a consistent problem at this location.

Ordered 2 kids meals, meat was put in 2 ramekins that are normally used for sauces. Which is barely enough to fill 2 tacos let alone 1. Also ordered cheese which wasn’t received. If they were out of the kids containers understandable but at least make it right!
