Sofritas Burrito was well constructed. They appeared to have sufficient items in their trays. Condiments and napkins were well stocked. Staff was friendly although they looked like they hadn’t had a break all day. Burrito was tasty. Only real downside (which is a big one unfortunately) was that the counter tops and floors were filthy, covered in food debris and dust. One of the servers sneezed into their hand and went right back to rolling a burrito (not mine thank god but I imagine the guy behind me will be coming down with something later). For the vegans: They have plenty of the sofritas and veggies so no problem here.

They gave a lot of food! Didn’t give 5 stars because some of the cleanliness/presentation of the line food items. Staff were polite but a little slow to make the food. Seems like they’re still figuring things out but has lots of potential.

Came here during near closing time, and that had pretty much everything stocked. The workers did greet my party. The worker -Otta was Phenomenal, best customer service I have had in a while. She definitely puts the customer first. You can tell the workers got along. Food was still hot and enjoyable.

On July 25 we ordered takeout. The gentleman filling orders was extremely fast and filled the bowls to perfection. He was outstanding and very professional with lots of people in line. Food was good. Sometimes the chicken can be a bit fatty but We enjoyed ourselves

Not exactly impressed with this Chipotle location. Service was horrible with the staff bickering behind the line while completing my order. Employees handling their cell phones with their gloved hands and preparing food with those same gloved hands. My food was cold and unappetizing. The food wasn’t being properly rotated either. Freshly cooked meat being put right on top of what was on the line (the cold stuff.) Disappointed to say the least…

If you’re expecting the same greeting you get when you walk in the door at Moe’s…go someplace else. The staff barely acknowledged me walking in. When I started my order and would ask any questions about the options I was met with very short and rude responses. It was like I was annoying the person for making them do their job.

Food was decent but the manager lady was extremely rude. She was yelling at a young female employee right in front of the customers and the prep guy couldn’t even hear me to take my order. She’s an older heavy set white lady. We also asked for a to-go bag and she lied to us and said they didn’t have any bags. Right after, I saw her give another lady a bag. It starts with management. Get rid of her and your place will be better for it. Alot of customers witnessed it.

Chipotle is always good and tasty. This location is deathly slow… painful when you’re VERY hungry and going to get a “quick bite”. This time it took 15 minutes to get through 8 customers orders. The workers just aren’t acting like they’re at work or hustling.
