Mobile pickup on a Sunday night. My food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I ordered chip and queso, and the chip bag had literally 10 chips in it. I love Chipotle but will never go to this location again.

I had the vegetarian burrito bowl. Everything was fresh and tasted good. I also had their chips, which were hot and crispy. The queso, was a little grainy. I gave the service 4 stars because the order was correct and ready on time. However, my previous two orders were incorrect and I did not receive items I paid for. So make sure you check your bag if you use the on-line app for take out!

Had a huge cater of 25 items (with extra items being included) for a business gathering- beyond the food being fantastic, the staff went above and beyond. there was complications with the order that required calling upper management, the issue was resolved and i was kept informed with 15min. huge thanks to the staff on that shift- it was a huge success.

Nastiest chipotle I’ve ever seen. So disgusting and dirty! The refresher drinks – empty, the napkins – empty. Huge line of customers and one guy filling first half of the orders. Everyone looks like they’re busy but not much seems to get done.

This particular Chipotle is very inconsistent. I guess that’s understandable in a college town but it’s still annoying. We order pickup from this location a few times a month and the thing that keeps us coming back is that the flavor is always there… even if you get an entire avocado pit and a romaine butt in your bowl. Sometimes the portions are very skimpy and sometimes they are out of control. We will continue to order from this one, but with lowered expectations.

This review is specifically directed to just one employee at this establishment. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and on a Tuesday night while we were waiting in line, this guy working in the back is scowling at us. We are pretty shocked and just try to ignore him and go about ordering our food but the guy is still taunting us and scowling at us for no reason. Eventually he stomps off to the bathroom, we almost thought he was going to try to attack us. The other employees explained to us that they all were having problems with this specific employee. I asked what his name was and they told me it was DYLAN. He was a tall white man with longish hair and tattoos. I’m upset that these employees have been having to put up with this guy creating a hostile work environment. This chipotle is always so busy and the employees work so hard, there’s no reason why Dylan should still be employed there while threatening customers and other employees.
