I order a rice bowl and they told me I had to pay for the third item .50 cents so I was only allowed to add sour cream and pico de gallo to my bowl if I wanted lettuce, cheese and their picante sauce it was extra so I left very dissatisfied I canceled my order and went to the Lake Mary location and order my rice bowl with all the condiments with out the extra charge after the second condiments on my bowl. I don’t recommend this location and the attendant that was preparing my order were not friendly.

Really poor experience. I’ve never gotten a meal that is the same quality as other chipotles and I’m sadly giving up on this one even though this is the most convenient location. These guys really love the rice. It’s a shame as the staff definitely works very hard.

One person runs the entire line every time I go, including the cashier. There were three people in front of me and I stood in line for 14 minutes, because she had to serve, take gloves off check people out, restock all the supplies and get going all over again.

This place is clearly understaffed with like 3 employees running around doing everything. I appreciated how hard they were working to keep food stocked and help customers despite their bad situation.

I would give 0 if I could, no greeting at coming in and the cashier stood there rather than asking how I could be helped. No biggie, but my burrito was completely wrong. There was no one inside so very disappointed in just the lack of care put into the work. Should’ve read the reviews.

This Chipotle has such hard workers! The store was obviously busy today and getting a ton of takeout orders and the workers were trying their hardest getting things out quickly! A gentlemen working the pickup lane had great customer service and was so polite. Excited to visit this location often!

Worst chipotle ever. I used to live in front of the Oviedo one and the difference is from earth to heaven. I have given three chances to this chipotle and all of them were deficient. 1st they don’t know how to prepare it (portions are very poor), they charged me bc I ordered sour cream and spice sauce on the side. Last time I order a quesadilla and they deny my request because the toaster machine was one the other side. As you can see in the picture, the meat and beans portions are very poor than you can only see rice and chicken it’s not always well done. Last thing, the customer service it’s not the best, one of the workers was sitting with her friend while she was on her shift.

Never got greeted when I walked in the door. When I came to the food line the guy says what do you want. Not how can I help you. I had to ask for more of the portions, because they were skimping the spoons. When I Got to the register not a word but the price no thank you for coming nothing… everybody in the restaurant that was working their looked liked they did not wanna be at work. This is a brand new restaurant that I was looking forward to checking out because it’s by my house but first and last time Ov course I wasn’t impressed by anything but the fact they had a drive through and that I surely will not be visiting. The inside is a sub par by chipolte standards the one on red bug is cleaner and nicer comparing the two. But I have not bitten into any bad pieces of steak yet you know the prices that make you stop eating your meal. Yea those always keep me away from chipotle’s that don’t have good chefs.

This Chipotle has a drive-thru for pickup! They employees there are very nice and generous. I wanted tomatoes and there was a good enough in there but the guy brought out a fresh new batch. I was sold this location has the best service and portions where I’m left feeling satisfied.
