As others have said, proportions are getting ridiculous. We order online regularly and for the past few weeks have noticed a dramatic change in the size of the Salads and burritos- literally half the amount (or less!) there used to be in them. Taste is fine but there is no consistency anymore.

Do not recommend ordering to go. Purchased 2 adult meals and one kid’s. The salad had a pathetic amount lettuce for an entree that is supposed to be a full meal. See photo for ratio of lettuce to toppings separately. Wish I could get a refund for the tip I pre-paid.

Giving two stars bc I love chipotle. However take out / delivery/ DoorDash is hit or miss with this location . And when you call to handle the situation you are told “there’s nothing we can do about it” not only was my order wrong , it was late , and the nothing was properly secured meaning everything dumped out and eventually the bag gave out from the bottom . Thank you for “excellent” customer service Deland chipotle.

The service was poor and the presentation was even worse. The line was dirty, no brown rice, white rice crumbs, half filled pamscof food and the audacity to have poor customer service after I decided to wait for the brown rice since I drove all the way out here.

I put a six order of a chipotle all the weight is different Two of them has very light lettuce I purchased at the online don’t ever purchase online. If you want you should check your order before you leave and the customer service really really really bad That is the worst customer service I ever had.

My daughter has Celiac Disease (severe gluten Allergy). Once we advised the staff that she had an allergy and asked if they could please change their gloves, they were so accommodating. Not only did the lady change her gloves, but washed her hands several times, cleaned, disinfected the counter and switched out the spoons and replaced the black beans. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was safe. I am so incredibly grateful. My daughter always gets anxious thinking that she is being a burden, (which she is not but just a teenage girl with a horrible condition out of her control), however the entire staff was so kind and gracious. Big huge THANK YOU to an amazing staff from a truly grateful mama. ❤️

Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up it was missing a guacamole so I went to the lady at the counter to tell her. She informed the girl doing to gos to just make me another. Instead the girl came over to my bag and asked to look inside as if I was lying (but I didn’t mind) and then looked at the side of my bag and said you only ordered one guacamole. So I politely said no ma’am I ordered two, look on my receipt on my phone. she didn’t look and just said no you only ordered one. I said I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but I can show you that I paid for the second one. I’m not sure why it’s not showing up on your end. She finally makes me a guacamole, put it in the bag and just says here with tons of attitude. Won’t be going back here. I had also left a tip before this happened too.
