Our order was awful that I placed on the app. All 3 bowls looked half eaten and you were very frugal with the portions. This was my sons and wife’s sized bowl once opening. Pathetic for over $25. I would expect something in return for this awful service and you need to give real feedback to your take out team because the portions are pitiful. Also, the food was cold and we ate it right away. You’ve increased prices so much that this is simply unacceptable .

I order chipotle through Uber eats and was completely disappointed with what they delivered. My steak tacos had zero steak and were so stuck together you could barely pull them apart. My quesadilla had no cheese! not sure what’s going on over there, but the food is a joke. I do think it’s specific to this location unfortunately.

After standing in line for ten minutes, they announce they ran out of rice. This location is too busy ! They take care of online orders first. See photo- everyone waiting, but not one person being helped !! I think with all the bad reviews of Chipotle, it’s finally reached it’s decline. Poor management. I don’t even see a manager ever. Just a bunch of underpaid, slow, exhausted employees. Filthy environment!!!!

It was a typical visit to Chipotle, nothing out of the ordinary to report. Thankfully, there wasn’t a line when we got there. We were able to get a table over in the corner and have privacy, which was nice. Our chips were stale, as they often are. Other than that, everything was fine.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Gave us the wrong order and wouldn’t remake them because their system had a glitch. Look at the attached photos. 1 bowl was literally guac, corn, and sour cream… not even rice.i order here at least 1-2 times a week and I would NEVER go back.

If I can leave zero stars I would! I’ve been going to this location chipotle for a while now and it’s always an issue when I come in here to eat! They serve so little and when you ask for more they either give you attitude or serve you less than half of the spoon. Last time they had me waiting 10 minutes to cash out after they did my burrito bowl. The staffs look miserable and I never Feel welcome in coming in!

Hands down worst Chipotle ever! Been here numerous times and think that each time before was a fluke but always the same every time. Always out of guac, black beans, veggies or white rice. This time no white rice, veggies or guac. Pretty much the staples of this place. They aren’t even busy which is the crazy thing! Staff has a oh well don’t give a F attitude everytime probably because they are annoyed with people complaining about how they are always out of everything. This will be the last time I’ll come here. I’ll take the extra few minutes to go to the winter springs location

Not one of my better experiences here. Watched a worker eat something and then prepare some rice without gloving up or washing their hands. Then, they hollered to someone in the back for several seconds. Another stood on a counter a few times to check the ice machine level, but didn’t wipe down the counter. The food was still good, although I got carded when ordering a beer. (I have a white beard, for God’s sake!)

I went into chipotle in Oviedo today. The 7 to 10 or more employees appeared casually busy with mobile orders and the few customers in the restaurant were already eating. I walked to the counter and made eye contact w 2 of the employees, but they were unphased by my presence. Got to the counter and waited. And waited, and waited. Then I waited some more, but nothing. Several employees looked my way, but none acknowledged my presence. I made eye contact with several employees as I slowly walked out of the store, but not a single one acknowledged my presence or my departure. This is the third Chipotle this has happened to me in. And on a different occasion at a different chipotle, they refused to make me a quesadilla because I was inside the store—-they only do quesadillas for mobile orders. I have never written a negative review on google, but I’m so sick of horrendous customer service. I like the food, but I doubt we’ll be back to chipotle.

Seriously this place should be closed down. Not sure how chipotle corporate doesn’t see all these bad reviews and pull the franchise license for this location. We just ordered 2 salads and a bowl and the plates had no food. Missing cheese. Tiny and very pieces of meat which were burnt. I never ever complain about anything and I actually had to call this store. Girl who answered knew exactly what I was talking about. I asked her and I was being serious whomever sent out the food like this is there something wrong with them ?
