You can tell this is a brand new chipotle where almost everyone is in training. The service was insanely slow (customers waiting to order while cashier is on her phone). The food was not up to standard . The chips were really stale and someone else came to complain after I had suffered through mine. They were out of ingredients and skimped on others. I hope that they get it together but until they do, the Qdoba just around the corner has great service, a larger selection, and better quality.

Everything was Good! Everything was Fresh, made per my liking, and did not disappoint! My experience with all Chipotle places I’ve been has Always been good! Only complaint of any of them is their Specialty fruit drink tea’s is they are out of certain flavors a lot when you go in. But they always will refill it, if you notify them.

There needs to be an adult manager or corporate in this store. Kids closing by 8:30 breaking everything down when they close at 11. There friends in the dining area. Telling customers there only accepting cash payments. And being either out of the majority of options or what’s left to choose is stale and old. Horrible staff attitudes, mad that they have a job. I purchased a drink without them telling me they already broke the machine down. I have never left a review before so this should really tell you what an awful experience i had and waste of money. I will never go to this Chipotle ever again. I will go to Qudoba across the street, with excellent customer service and appreciation.

So the first time I went there they did give me a vegan bowl when I ordered double chicken and the manager was incredibly PETTY about giving me my chicken I paid for. I messaged Pepper and got a free bowl with extras, so I went back. The service the past few times has been great. The female service line working nights on 3/23 were polite and accommodating. Same with my visit earlier this week. And the food has been hot and fresh and all toppings in stock.

this is the second time They stop cooking at 9 an close at 11… employe at the counter was rude an had a attitude. they had no corn , no lettuce, no guacamole.The rice an beans were dried out to the point the beans had cracks in them. Rice looked hard an crunchy. its obvious it’s all kids working there with no supervision what so ever.

This location doesn’t brew/prepare tea. Been a few times for lunch and the workers there for whatever reason don’t make the tea like all the other locations, they just leave the sweet and unsweet dispensers sitting empty all day. I pointed it out to a worker once and they just took the empty dispensers away, didn’t make the tea. The parking lot is very small, hard to find parking

I fell outside of this store in January. They were nice after it happened that day. Afterward, they turned it over to the management company saying they’re responsible for construction. They sucked too. Took weeks for me to heal, not one follow up from this store. Thank God I wasn’t hurt worse. I’ll never go there again.
