Waited 20 minutes for an online order that I went to pick up at the time they said it would be ready. I waited 20 minutes for my food to be prepared as it wasn’t started until I asked for my order. I was asked twice what my name was by two different people both said it’s coming up next. Meanwhile the female worker asked why my tickets were sitting in the back and hadn’t been started. They worked to get their line down before preparing my order. Customers who came in after me to pick up their food received their order before I received mine. Order wasn’t correct. Tortillas were hard. Received the wrong order for my husbands and my food. Nobody apologized for not having it together or for making me wait. The guy packing my food asked me if he was packing my order?? I told him I don’t know shouldn’t you know that?? I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for an online pickup order. He didn’t even apologize just went back to packing the order. Super unorganized. One of the guys working the line was too busy flirting with his female coworker than making food and helping the line. Never had a bad experience with Chipotle before. I did an order ahead of time to skip the line for a reason. Spent $30 in food and didn’t even get to eat it because the order was wrong and I did not like it.

I got a bowl with white rice, black beans, carnitas, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I come to this location for lunch often and they always give good portions. The food is also well prepared and the restaurant is clean. The staff was also the most pleasant chipotle staff I’ve ever experienced. However, I have ordered here for dinner once and it was not the same story, probably because dinners are more busy.

Never coming back to this location!!! I stopped here for dinner the night before my flight and the cashier girl was rude AF when I asked for a straw for my drink she rolled her eyes and said we ran out I’m so sorry have a good night it was ridiculous! My steak bowl barely had lettuce and rice on it bc they were working on empty containers the bag of lettuce was there but they didn’t even open it to add more and my quesadilla looked more like a burrito instead! Don’t even bother coming to this place

Cross contaminated if you’re a vegetarian don’t eat there they mix the utensils and their service counter full of spill food they can take a second to clean it between serving customer . This us so sad as they are located right outside the Orlando airport. I guess people don’t mind all this because they were very busy

Eh. I’ve been to better Chipotle’s. This one had seats with rice all over them. And behind the counter, one of the ladies couldn’t hear me at all when I talked normally so I had to yell what I wanted.
