The food was better than what I expected. I have not eaten here for a while, so it was a good break and a pleasant surprise. Try their bowl with chicken and it was really delicious. I am sure it would have been better if I was not in Orlando’s airport. After this good experience, I will definitely try again at a different location.

This Chipotle missed the mark on the particular evening my family was traveling out of MCO. There were many weather-related delays and they practically ran out of EVERYTHING….literally! I mean at the point that you run out of WHITE RICE and BOTTLED WATER it is bad. The staff was very nice and tried to make due with what they had.

I’m very particular about how my food is prepared, let’s get that out of the way, and I allow a lot since I have this issue. I rarely eat out because of this fact. With that being said, I wish the person on this day, who attempted to cut the veggies for this location, would have stayed at home, because clearly they didn’t come to work. Who wants to chop into large pieces of veggies, if that’s that case, just throw the entire veggie into the bowl. This was inexcusable. Not only were they not cut properly, they were not separated after being cut. Also please take time to clean the station, it looked disgusting, I had to look away while ordering, else I would have been hungry for 16 hrs. #AirportBlues

Horrible service and rude staff. No burritos, no steak and no chips. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes at noon to find that out. Typical service in todays world. Understaffed with incompetent people that don’t care nor have pride in their job. Keep up the good work Chipotle!!
